The terrain is mostly flat but interesting. Campsites are private with good separation from each other. ALL sites have 2 car parking, a picnic table, fire pit and covered wood for purchase. Campfires are permitted according to our approved burn plan before midnight.
5G/LTE cellphone service is good for Bell, Rogers and Telus networks. We have 3 outhouses on the premises and an outdoor hot shower.
FREE Firewood can be gathered on the forest floor or pay for on-site pre-cut wood. Outhouses are close to campsites....but not too close 💩
Port Rowan is only 12 minutes away by car, most amenities can be purchased only 1 minute away at the local Busy Bee gas station.
We are situated in the middle of a Recreation Hotspot! Our site is within 3 minutes of paddling the Big Creek, 3 to 10 minutes to several A+ hiking trails, 15 minutes to amazing freshwater beaches of Long Point and Turkey Point, and the area is abound with cycling trails, motorcycle routes, geocaching, boat launches (we have room here for your boat!), cider/wine tours, and more! We are the perfect basecamp for everything the Long Point Bay area has to offer
We have some great watering holes nearby like burning kiln winery, hounds of Erie and Charlotteville brewing company.

Our remote off grid property in the forest east of Eagle Lake is a great place to disconnect and decompress. The roadside Bunkie sleeps 2 comfortably and can accommodate a RV trailer or tent as well. Pets are welcome.
The property has a pit toilet, and campfires are allowed in the designated pit. There is also potable water in the bin with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. In the winter water would have to be stored inside. Linen not provided.

A fully covered pavilion is available for your use, in case it rains. Recycling and garbage cans are provided.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are no outhouses/washrooms on the property, you must be self contained.
Site 1 is in our opinion the best site but not the easiest to get in with a larger rig but have had a 43 ft unit in there.
Site 2 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only.
Site 3 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only.
Site 4 is also fairly level and grass. It is pull through and offers a view of the lake.
There is plenty of room to park tow or pull vehicle.
Should one need there are leveling blocks for sites 1, 2, & 3 they available to use located to the right of site 2. For sites 4 & 5 there is blocking available at the power box.
The sites now have numbers either on the power posts or the panel box for ease of locating your spot.
NOTE for 2026 water is not available at the sites as new lines are being installed. Water to fill your tank is available at our house. At present three of the sites # 1, 2 & 3 have water feed from our home with potable water via garden hose. You may need to connect your hose to the supply line to reach your unit. When weather permits, early spring and late fall may not be available.

This property was settled by the Irish in the mid 1800’s. Originally inhabited by Algonquin peoples the land was cleared for farming and they erected several building including a large German style hand hewn timber frame barn which still stands and is used today. The farm house was built in the 1910 and the original log cabins have been reframed into artistic buildings. It is wild to look around and imagine what life was like before now in a time when the land had no boundry lines and was traversed by indigenous peoples of this area. We have a great respect for those who have walked before us and a deep sense of gratitude for being here today.

This was our second trip here this summer and I am so grateful we stumbled across your camp ground, we are avid campers but are very over provincial park camping and crowding and my body can't handle a hike in camp like it use to. The big fairly private sites are wonderful and our last trip was so quiet and peaceful. Convenience of being near stores trails and a quick drive to a beach combined with beautiful nature and privacy (and not having to deal with Toronto traffic to get it coming from niagara) makes for a lovely rejuvenating vacation. Thanks for making our trip a relaxing one.

I loved camping at Coutts Farm with my friends for a weekend mid September, the site was huge, tons of space for vehicles and tents. Right on Three Mile Lake, with Canoes, Picnic table, Fire pit, out house, a private beach and a beautiful view of the 120 acre property.
This site really has it all, me and my friends have been camping together for 12 seasons, and we can all agree that this site was one of our favorites.
We will be booking again next year!

Our campsite had a nice wide layout and plenty of space for our tent, and parked cars. Our dogs loved the off leash time and we all enjoyed the pavilion on the one rainy night. Was great to have built in coverage with mood lights! Was also so nice having a wood bin right on site to pull from. Outhouses, and shower were all in walking distance and well maintained. The other campsites were semi-visible but not near enough to feel crowded, and we felt like we had privacy for our stay although we had one car drive through our site at one point (map can be confusing). Nearby corner store with everything you need and Big Creek is a 10 minute drive for launching your canoe.

My son and I had a great time camping at Coutts farm. We booked site 1 and my son loved how close the beach was. We went paddle boarding, had a camp fire, built some natural boats and tested whose would float the farthest. Lisa was quick to answer any questions that I had before and during our stay, she was very friendly and easy going! Coutts farm is a nice private spot and we will definitely be back again!

This was me and my girlfriend’s third time here, and every time has been excellent. Site 1 has a beautiful view of the water steps from the site, and we had a great time swimming in it. The sites are well spaced out, and the outhouse was clean and well maintained compared to a lot of others. This most recent trip the hosts went above and beyond giving me a boost after my car’s battery died. 100% would recommend

Absolutely beautiful property. Certainly more suited to RV/trailer camping but we had a fantastic time tenting! Just be sure to be self-sustaining

Besides festival camping, this was my first real camping trip and it was solo! And boy did i luck out. This place is amazing. Beautiful cute wooded area, with campsites well spread out. It was the perfect place for me reset with nature. Great location... close to long point and turkey point. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
