What more can I say? I keep coming back. It’s a great spot!
This site is absolutely beautiful! One of my favorite places I've visited. The private beach was amazing to watch the sunsets and perfect for swimming and taking out our inflatable boat. The site did have a bit of a decline but once we set up our air mattress the other way we had no issues. Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Lisa but we were on the water most of the time we stayed.
The water was super close to the site which I loved! We got to see lots of wildlife such as deer, turkey, vultures, geese and even a bald eagle! The outhouse hadn't yet been updated and we noticed quite a bit of trash inside and a bees nest but after our stay it was updated. I will definitely be booking this site again, thank you so much for having us!
Was great. Love the spot. Was our third time there. And we will be back for sure.

The site offered excellent privacy, beautiful quiet nature, and access to a lovely private beach. The water stays shallow for quite a long distance, which makes it perfect for children to play, and the clarity of the water was a real highlight. There is some seaweed, and those looking for deeper swimming will have to head out pretty far.
The walk down to the beach is short but fairly steep, and the fire pit doesn’t provide a fully unobstructed view of the lake. The outhouse is tucked away with minimal signage, and the parking area is quite steep, requiring a bit of levelling for your camper — we ended up parking about 25 m up the hill from the actual campsite. The owner’s communication was excellent, which made the stay even smoother.
Even with these small quirks, it was a wonderful site overall with great natural charm.

We had a wonderful stay at this campground. Our site was clean, and offered a nice balance of space. The camp hosts were friendly, and everyone respected the quiet hours at night. It is a beautiful, peaceful location with great access to nearby trails and nature. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing outdoor getaway and will definitely be back!

We had another great stay at Coutts farm this year. Rolling hills to one side, 3 mile lake to the other and the sites are set far apart and private. Lisa is the best host!!
We loved the site, private with the option of open space for games; the site was clean and by the water. Would come back again!
Nice a peacefull spot to break away and relax. The lake right there is calming and great for a paddle in the kayak. We will keep coming back

Another amazing week at Coutts Farm! This has become our summer tradition, where my friend's family and mine get together to enjoy a wonderful week together.
Site One, with its private beach access and so much space, is perfect for our large group of kids. We can't thank Lisa enough for sharing her beautiful property with us.
We just left and we're already looking forward to next summer!

Our recent stay at Lisa’s farm was nothing short of spectacular! My wife, our 18-month-old son, and I had an amazing time exploring this beautiful location. The privacy offered during the week was a highlight; although there are multiple sites arranged in a line, the spacing between them ensured we felt completely secluded, even when enjoying the beach.
The site itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of shade throughout the day, which was perfect for keeping our little one comfortable. We were delighted by the abundance of wildlife around the farm, adding to the charm and serenity of our stay. The toilets were conveniently located, and the water was incredibly clear, calm, and peaceful—a perfect spot for relaxation.
One thing to note is that the slope down to the beach can be a bit steep for younger kids. Lisa is aware of this and is working to improve accessibility with ropes to assist with getting up and down. Just keep this in mind when planning your visit, but it’s still absolutely worth it!
Lisa was an outstanding host. She was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all of our messages, making our experience even more enjoyable.
We’ll definitely be returning in the future, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. I’ll be posting some pictures soon so you can see the beauty of this place for yourself!
This was our second time camping here, and it definitely won’t be our last. The campsite was clean and well maintained, and we were lucky enough to have a site right by the water, which made the whole experience even better.
Lisa, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great stay. We had another fantastic camping trip with our group of five and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, and Lisa is lovely. The hill was steep but worth it for the amazing beach and water!
We had a great time at Lisa's property. The lake was amazing and getting to see the cows was a highlight of the trip! Lisa was super helpful and even checked on us after a small storm.
AMAZING. The only word that can be used. The privacy of Site 1, including having a private beach - the quietness, the seclusion - amazing. For our family, the ability for the dogs to run around was such an added bonus! Lisa & her husband set the bar high for hosts everywhere. They were always only a message away and more than willing to assist! 5 out of 5 stars.

The location was clear, wide open but felt very private at the same time. Such a beautiful and peaceful spot. The night sky was also really amazing. Lisa was very responsive and available. It was nice to have a private beach. Also that it was dog friendly and ok to have her off leash. I wish we would have brought our paddle boards!
Definitely the 4 x 4 vehicle made our lives easier with the hilly terrain.
Lina's property is absolutely beautiful and massive. We loved our campsite right by the water, surrounded by gorgeous trees—it was the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The site is highly organized, featuring a great fire pit and a clean, convenient outhouse. Getting there was a breeze thanks to the super clear directions. We will definitely be back for another stay, hopefully in sunny weather and to catch the stunning fall colors!

Lisa's property was amazing! Lots of room, beautiful view of everything. Saw deer every day! Loved the outhouse, we are used to privies at Algonquin but the outhouse was way better - especially with the rain we had. She was great with communication and even checked to make sure we were ok after a big gusty windy rainy period of time. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much Lisa.

This was one of our favourite Hipcamps. The lake was busier than we are used to but it was a long weekend so totally expected. We appreciated the private feel of the campsite being nestled in our little corner and we customized the site with tarp shelters and a hammock to lay about in the afternoons. The night sky was gorgeous with the moon and the sound of waves to keep us company. One should keep in mind that there are elevation changes at the site that could prove challenging for some. I was able to portage our canoe down to the water and back up to our vehicle but the pitch through the trees and down to the beach could prove tricky. Overall, we liked the secluded, civilized-rustic feel of the space: not Crown Land but sounds of the forest gave it a wild feel.
Lisa was super friendly, communicative, responsive and welcoming before and during our stay! The site and surrounding fields, forest and lake were spectacular and we had the entire grounds to ourselves. Couldn’t have made a better first impression and the site was beyond our expectations. Will highly recommend to others in the future.
We absolutely loved it! The site is on a slight downhill, so a bit of shifting around was needed, but it’s such a beautiful camping spot—private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature.

We had a really good time camping here. There's another site but it's not close enough that you can hear or see them. We enjoyed being able to take our kayaks out into the lake although we didn't catch a single fish or even see life in the lake.

The views are spectacular any time of day!!! Lisa is a friendly, flexible host who took the time to take the children to visit the cows and their guard donkey.
You can enjoy the gorgeous water especially if you throw in a kayak to skirt over the weeds and algae, that are bursting with freshwater mussels, btw!
We did this and enjoyed a successful evening of fishing, swimming and paddling!
The set up is perfect! Even the outhouse comes with a view and is interesting condition!
My third year visiting! The view of the rolling hills and private water front never gets old. Great value, great privacy.
