The terrain is mostly flat but interesting. Campsites are private with good separation from each other. ALL sites have 2 car parking, a picnic table, fire pit and covered wood for purchase. Campfires are permitted according to our approved burn plan before midnight.
5G/LTE cellphone service is good for Bell, Rogers and Telus networks. We have 3 outhouses on the premises and an outdoor hot shower.
FREE Firewood can be gathered on the forest floor or pay for on-site pre-cut wood. Outhouses are close to campsites....but not too close 💩
Port Rowan is only 12 minutes away by car, most amenities can be purchased only 1 minute away at the local Busy Bee gas station.
We are situated in the middle of a Recreation Hotspot! Our site is within 3 minutes of paddling the Big Creek, 3 to 10 minutes to several A+ hiking trails, 15 minutes to amazing freshwater beaches of Long Point and Turkey Point, and the area is abound with cycling trails, motorcycle routes, geocaching, boat launches (we have room here for your boat!), cider/wine tours, and more! We are the perfect basecamp for everything the Long Point Bay area has to offer
We have some great watering holes nearby like burning kiln winery, hounds of Erie and Charlotteville brewing company.

Nature is allowed to thrive on our property, and the entire property is forested and wild. The majority of our campsites are shaded under a verdant and lush canopy. Our private beach and small lake welcome you for a swim.
All we ask of our visitors is: that whatever you bring in you take home with you, that you leave your campsite and the property the way you found it, and the only thing you take from here are pictures and happy memories.
All of our campsites are off-grid, un-serviced, drive-in camping. Campfire wood and recycling facilities are available on site. Maintained outhouses are available throughout the property. There is no potable water on the property so please bring your own drinking and cooking water.
Children under 12 can camp for free. When booking a campsite please only include any guests over 12 years of age in your guest count. Children under 12 do not need to be included in your booking.
Contact us to inquire about large group and event rates. We host LARPing weekends twice a month. We also have a limited number of seasonal sites available from June to September.
I love this property and all the people who visit us, many have become extended family and for this I am grateful. There is nothing nicer than to have people drop by and spend a couple of hours, a day or a weekend, sometime when I get real lucky it's for a longer period of time :-)

This is the cleanest bunkie I have ever stayed in. Everything was thoughtfully provided. Water, little heater, bbq, wood, extra blankets. Even a little wagon to help move things from my car to the bunkie location. I was offered help if needed and also given privacy. The whole site is tidy and pretty. The water fountain in the pond is a wonderful relaxing backdrop.

We had such a lovely stay at Willow Pond Haven! ❤️ Everything was perfectly set up for us—even the firewood for a cozy bonfire. We just had to bring our food and ourselves! 14 nights at Peaceful Off-Grid Cabin Retreat
We truly enjoyed the time of solitude we had at this family owned off-grid-cabin in the woods. There was plenty of potable water, stove to keep us warm, indoor compostable toilet, good cell reception to our surprise, close to local stores for groceries, a very cool outdoor shower available, and comfy bed. All we needed to do was bring our food and clothes! We saw a deer on the road on the way in, not far from the cabin and the birds each morning loved to sing their songs. A place to have beautiful walks. A real taste of nature. We could not deny hearing the juvenile great horned owl during the night awaiting for their mother to bring a rodent! Thank you to Cari, for the great hospitality in providing a quiet place to relax and refresh!

This was our second trip here this summer and I am so grateful we stumbled across your camp ground, we are avid campers but are very over provincial park camping and crowding and my body can't handle a hike in camp like it use to. The big fairly private sites are wonderful and our last trip was so quiet and peaceful. Convenience of being near stores trails and a quick drive to a beach combined with beautiful nature and privacy (and not having to deal with Toronto traffic to get it coming from niagara) makes for a lovely rejuvenating vacation. I loved camping at Coutts Farm with my friends for a weekend mid September, the site was huge, tons of space for vehicles and tents. Right on Three Mile Lake, with Canoes, Picnic table, Fire pit, out house, a private beach and a beautiful view of the 120 acre property.
This site really has it all, me and my friends have been camping together for 12 seasons, and we can all agree that this site was one of our favorites.
We will be booking again next year!

This was our 2nd and definitely not last trip! Love the privacy - having a beach to ourselves & being able to tie up our boat there? Amazing! The outhouse is clean and in great shape! Lisa is an amazing host! When you go, make sure to stop & get some of her farm fresh eggs. 11 /10!

Weekend Trip to Willow Pond Haven
I had such a wonderful stay here! Lisa and Scott were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.
The cabin I stayed in was fairly new, very cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The space was clean and well maintained, with a fire pit, propane grill/stove, and a picnic table. There’s no electricity in the cabin, but rechargeable lamps and a fan were provided, which made the stay very comfortable.
The location is absolutely beautiful. The cabins are surrounded by pine trees, and there’s a gorgeous pond nearby with water lilies and a beautiful willow tree. It was such a peaceful and scenic setting — honestly, so beautiful! You can swim in the pond, and kayaks, tubes, and safety vests are available to use.
There are grocery stores and trails nearby, and we also had good network coverage, which was convenient. If you get a clear night, the area is perfect for stargazing too. Sitting outside in the evening, surrounded by trees and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, was definitely one of my favourite parts of the stay.
Overall, it was such a cozy and relaxing getaway. I would absolutely love to come back!

I loved camping here ?it was such an amazing experience! The campsite was peaceful, quiet, and close to the farm, which made it even better. My site wasn’t shaded by trees, so it got pretty hot during the day when the sun was out, but there was another site that looked amazing with better shade. The service was also great; since I didn’t have a car, they were so kind and offered us a ride to the trail and picked us up afterward. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated it. Definitely would love to come back!
