We have 10 acres on the outskirts of Maffra in a little town called Boisdale, Victoria, with a beautiful big dam surrounded by gum trees and mountain horizons, with horses roaming the paddocks in a tranquil relaxing setting. Valencia 343 is a Barn style Shed that caters for group Camping option, which is fantastic for larger group camping holidays. Our beautiful big barn includes an inside wood fire, kitchen sink, toilet, shower, fridge, Bbq, couches, tables and chairs, an outside fire pit. There is plenty of space in the land surrounding the shed for caravans, tents, and everything in between. This area is bookable to one group at a time with a minimum of 10 adults, so it's all yours exclusively. 2-night minimum stay. Children under 2yrs stay free. No need to add them to your booking numbers, but please still let us know they are coming so we are aware. We are not far from the Blue Pools, a loved local waterhole, The Quarries near Briagolong - makes for a lovely day trip! we have some local wineries, Maffco Brewery Taphouse in maffra. The property is near to beautiful bushland, speckled with walking and horse riding tracks, and you'll enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from camp. So plenty to do! We offer two sites in a aquiet area of the property for those that are completely self-sufficient, with their own camp toilet, water etc. This area has beautiful views, overlooking the dams, with mountains on the horizon and gorgeous changing light throughout the day and into the evenings. Good access to these sites for all types of vehicles. We are happy to help you choose the best spot in this area to set up on arrival.

The barn was awesome: had everything we needed and felt like we were really in cowboy mode 😀 the grass was lush and comfortable to camp and walk on . The firepit is perfect and the Avon river and its beauty is only minutes away .

Amazing site - sunset in front of us. Clean, plenty of space. Toilet and shower (shed) is steps away from the twnt site. Amazing host.

Beautiful area to stay at. Lovely friendly host, who leaves you to it. Paula, also brought out her horses and let the kids pat and brush which was a great surprise and the kids were thrilled! Blue Pools near by was a great spot to swim and cool down during the day. Bonus: The Farmers Arms Hotel (pub), had delicious meals and a great outdoor space.

Great quiet spot at the back of the property next to cows, horses and the dam. Easy to setup, great fire pit, big outdoor shed was incredible. Great spot for families and large groups to cater for all levels of campers. Friendly host who was so welcoming and let the kids feed the horses too. Likely use again as a large group getaway.

Awesome spot. Great set up. Great for caravans. Paula was great to deal with. Super quick response if you needed anything. The self contained unit was amazing. The best thing that we all loved was there was no big list of rules and regulations. What you could and couldn’t do. Will stay there again.

Great little camp next to a dam. Not secluded but a nice little spot for a couple of nights. Well maintained and Paula was super easy to deal with.

Paula was a great host throughout the process, from booking request to change of booking to welcoming us and looking after us during our stay. Super friendly, welcoming and quick to respond. Shed facilities are fantastic! Rustic look but very well put together, spacious and clean. Grass area for tents was very well manicured. Location couldn't be better! Close to swimming spots, 4WDing, hikes, wineries, etc. Absolutely loved the place. For sure short-listed as repeat stays for us. Thank you Paula :)

Spent 3 nights over AusDay weekend with a large; Adults, Children and Dogs. Paula was a lovely host. She was very helpful through booking process and during stay. Plenty of space for camper trailers and tents surrounding the shed. We had rain and high winds during our stay and the shed was the perfect onsite space. All facilities were great and clean. Kids loved the horses and cows in surrounding paddocks and adults loved the sunset views. Perfect location for swimming trips to Blue Pools and other surrouding attractions. We will be back again. Highly Recommend.

What a great experience, we spent 4 nights over NYE and the self contained facilities were excellent. All our guests raved about the space and it was a memorable time. Paula was a great host and also left us to do our own thing.

Paula was an awesome host and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time camping there. The shed facilities were excellent and the kids loved patting the horses. We had a large group, and there was plenty of space for camper trailers and tents. There was also plenty to do in the area and we made good use of the wineries, brewery and watering hole.
