At one with the landscape, this unique property borders the base of Mt Buffalo and is the essence of pure escape just waiting for the next fortunate camper seeking a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is an undulating bush block of a native setting with panoramic views of the rolling countryside, plentiful acres of bush, ancient trees, granite boulders, ferns and even a flowing freshwater creek.Take your pick with over 100 acres of amazing land to choose your camp site. Approximately 15 acres of cleared flat land welcomes you to the property or for the more adventurous, head up the elevated driveway to enjoy the amazing views. For those looking to get away from everything, follow the stream into the bush and pick your site away from everything

Perfect Weather Perfect Position
I loved the large open space and great sized fire pits, I also loved the close access to the Nug Nug reserve camping down the road where you can use the toilets, dump your rubbish and use the dump point! Few black berry's still around which dampened our stay but otherwise loved it!

Great family get away.
Clayton’s got some great views and great sites. The fire pits were are a great addition and the information was accurate and helpful. Including locations for local swimming holes. Sites were well spaced and easy to locate on a gentle slope. Dog loved the open space and the kids loved exploring the old shacks nestled in the woods.

Beautiful views, great access to Myrtleford and Lake Buffalo. The surrounding bush make for good exploring
