Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek branching west of the Mooloolah River to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. Walking boots/shoes are highly recommended. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. Off-road camper trailers are suitable (max weight 1500kg and max length 5m restrictions apply). There are Portaloos located at or near all campsites. Caravans or motor homes are not permitted due to the steep terrain. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. Option 1: Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks . we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre. Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended. Option 2: From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road. This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. Also a private glamping site with a 5m Bell Tent - with everything you need for a relaxing night away. We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane. The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude. From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest. There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest. Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. 🏊‍♂️ There is plenty to explore in the area, including: 🏞 Crows Nest Falls National Park (good for a swim) 🐃 Bullocky's Rest and creekside walk in Crows Nest (dog friendly) ☕️ Lovely cafes in Crows Nest (eg. Located roughly a half-hour drive outside the township of Beaudesert, the property features four cottages. Camping from $50p/n and our cottages from from $385p/n. Our sunrise campground has 15 large sites, and Ironbark has 9 sites (for group bookings). The property is fully fenced, with spectacular views of Lost World and Lamington National Park. Please note: we DO NOT have $50 rooms! Please note we do not have restaurant on site, so please bring all your food and water with you. If you are camping please ensure you bring all your equipment. So please advise me of your vehicle type in your booking. - Small low profile tyres, sedans and hatchbacks will struggle - Motor-homes and large campervans cannot make the drive (regardless of the weather) - AWD and 4x4 no problems. Vehicles with lift will have no problems. Our farm features bush and cleared areas on undulating hills. We are 100% off grid with fresh drinkable borehole water The campsite has lovely green grass, access to the pool and a picnic table, and fire pit. Compost toilet, hot bush shower and rubbish/recycling facilities. We are a small hobby farm with Bee Hives, Dogs, Cats, Chickens (a few roosters) horses, cows and a couple of pet pigs. We are located just 35 mins from Caloundra and 45 from Maroochydore. We are close to Australia Zoo, Ewen Maddock Dam, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains. Enjoy mountain walks and cycling. Such a beautiful setting! The glamping tents were comfortable. The views were amazing! We had a great stay. Only negative was that the water and power supply were a bit hit and miss but as long as you come with your own water and gas kettle, it was fine.

Such a beautiful, secluded spot, we didn’t see another person the entire time we were there. The whole setup was amazing. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully done, without being overly modern or losing that cosy camping feel. Definitely my version of camping 🙌 We also ventured out for a couple of nearby hikes and spent some time exploring the local town. The hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout, which made the whole stay even easier. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little spot for a getaway. Stayed on the top part where the views are amazing. Glamping tent was simple & adequate. Bathroom & toilets were great. Camp kitchen was all you need. Glamping at the top is not about lazing around all day but more about a place to rest at the end of a day filled with adventure in the towns nearby. The camp fire was in a strange location (felt like a medium strip or middle of the road) with no kindling or wood to burn; since this is a community space I thought it would be stocked.

Nice and functional cabin with large communal and eating areas. Clean and well maintained. Split system air conditioner with heating was helpful for cold nights and morning. The firepit outside was great for roasting marshmallows and treats! No reliable phone or wifi coverage makes for quality time so have some activities and games on hand for personal interactions.

This was a beautiful bunkhouse stay with everything I needed to refresh during my road trip! The shared camp kitchen had everything I needed, the showers were clean & hot! And the bunkhouse had plenty of storage room to spread out my gear to make sure I was ready for the next day. The lake is so beautiful & the stars that night were incredible!!
