Weekend Trip to Amorata Eco Farm

We were unlucky to arrive when it was raining so we couldn’t get a real feel for the property. As it rained all night we decided to leave early and not have our 2nd night there as we couldn’t light the fire and the leeches were biting us and our dog so we thought it best to revisit Stuart’s property another time when we can make full use of it all. We will be back 👍

1 night at Artisans Park

My partner and I stayed in the WWII Army Communication Tower in the park and loved it! The views were outstanding and we were met with unbelievable sunset and sunrise. The tiny home was very tidy, filled with interesting books and other stuff, and the walk around the property is beautiful. Highly recommend!

1 night at The Ranch on Clarence

If you are reading this and thinking of booking – stop reading and book (with riding and the Troopy Safari)!! You won’t regret it. The experience Shanti and Jingles have created at The Ranch on Clarence is truly exceptional – beautiful stallions cruising around the homestead, and the stunning baths overlooking the Clarence that pictures just don't do it justice!! We’ve stayed at a ton of Hipcamps in our travels and this is by far our favourite – although I may be biased, as we were fortunate enough to pick this amazing spot to get engaged. The horse riding experience was also brilliant but the troopy safari is an absolute highlight that cant be missed! Shanti and Jingles were so amazing – they even popped a bottle of champers to celebrate! Again, if you are thinking of staying at the ranch, book it now! Shanti and Jingles, thank you for making our experience so unbelievably amazing!!

Weekend Trip to Amorata Eco Farm

A fantastic place to slow down and relax - just far enough from the rest of the world for some peace and quiet, while close enough to have anything you could possibly need within reach. We were relieved to hear that the tiny home was accessible with a sedan, and charmed by how cozy the cabin was - the addition of the sauna and pool tying it all together for a stay to come back for. Of course, none of this would have been possible without Stu, who was a wonderful host and warm, friendly person.

Weekend Trip to Belle Barn tiny home and campsites

Belle Barn is a nice property to camp at that's 20 mins drive to Yass town centre. We were the only ones camping Easter weekend so we were able to set up our camp trailer on a reasonably level spot. Lots of kangaroos and sheep to look at as well as a great view of the stars at night.

Artisans Lark Is a weird and wonderful destination. Kangaroos as far as the eye can see. The host is accomodating and always happy to give tips for day trips and sightseeing opportunities.

Beautiful grounds with really well kept community areas and bathrooms. Wish we stayed longer! River is wonderful too.

Weekend Trip to Eagle Ridge Bush Retreat

Daniel and Kristy were amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was very welcoming. We felt comfortable in our tiny home and it was nice to have a hot shower and flushing toilet. The cooking facilities were awesome and the hot tub by the river was really cool. Although the weather was wet and the place was damp most of the time, we did get some sunshine and we enjoyed our short stay. Having river so close made the experience really lovely, and we were lucky enough not to have any fellow campers near by which meant we could have our dog off lead. I would recommend this place if you have experience with off road driving, as it was a hit rough getting down to the camping spot, especially in the wet weather. Jenaya

Weekend Trip to Eagle Ridge Bush Retreat

This was my second time at Eagleridge and loved it just as much as the first. Kristy and Daniel are great hosts. It was a bit rainy over the weekend, but it was still beautiful and the fish were still biting. The sites are very private and secluded. The dogs have the time of their life. Will definitely be back for a third time.

Nice to be in nature, private. Took my son for a couple of days camping tent and a swag. Had a campfire, played in the creek on a tube and did some panning for fun. Host was very welcoming.. Beautiful creek which had plenty of water and was running at the time we were there after recent wet weather.

Such a great spot! Our campsite was very private, couldn't see or hear anyone else which was perfect. The scenery is amazing and although the river was very high and not ideal for swimming or fishing we still had a ball and will definitely be back. Kristy was super helpful with directions and organising arrival and departure. Our first Hipcamp experience and the bar has been set very high!

The campsites are so private, you think you’re the only one there until you walk around & see private little oasis’s everywhere! Can’t wait to return to ride the rapids. Weekend Trip to The Nile Off Grid family farm

I recently spent the weekend here, it was so chill and surrounded by pure beauty! The facilities are great and we enjoyed the bench/ BBQ area, the views are stunning and hearing the cows and nature add to the wilderness vibes. We camped near the watering hole, it was our own slice of heaven! It had privacy, views, flat ground for tents, fire pit and a cute stream/waterhole. We will return for sure, recommend to others. The drive from the main town/village was like being in the Grand Canyon with the tablelands and views. Also, they have a tiny house and spa which looked amazing (the spa is open to all until 7pm). Thanks Jacob, great host and beautiful place.

Have a Fenced off Kids Playground. Buggys (allowed any weekend at an extra fee). Quads and dirt bikes also allowed PLEASE NOTE; They are an extra fee and only allowed on specific weekends. Buggy Tours and kids quad rides are available (extra costs). We would like to advise that entry to our beautiful property is a dirt road and does have mounds. The road has just been upgraded and although has dirt mounds is quite easy. We suggest to drive over them on an angle and take your time. Artisans Park is a farm set on top of a mountain which is sometimes windy sometimes snowing and being a farm we have animals and spiders and everything that nature includes note we can not control the weather or nature, there are no local coffee shops, we are not connected to the electricity. This is a camping site and our stays are like camping all heating is wood hot water is gas and lights are solar, No TV no power points no fancy appliances. If you like camping and staying in something unique Artisans Park is the place for you, If you want a luxurious five star stay we are defiantly not the place our stays are basic and clean. 1949 London Bus, WW2 Army Tower, 1885 Trig Hut Artisans Park is located 45 minutes from Bathurst and is the closest city for food and fuel. We do not have local shops or fuel stations. The London bus is suitable for children as the upper deck houses the bedroom. The lower deck houses the kitchen and bathroom with a front deck complete with barbecue and amazing views. Relax and watch the kangaroos and eagles from your private deck. Summer swimming in the crystal clear river and winter camp fires where you can toast marshmallows. The lower level has a cooktop "no oven or fridge share fridge at entrance of park", outside gas BBQ and tables. You will need to bring your own drinking water. There is a toilet and shower downstairs. The top deck has two small single beds and one double, quilts and pillows however BYO linen sheets and towels. This bus has featured on many TV shows and is often featured in travel magazines, including on Better Homes and Gardens television in 2013 and in many magazines shoots. No pets please. once again no pets including dogs.

If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting. 25 minutes to Gold Coast airport. 30minutes to Byron Bay. We will also plant one tree per booking. Your privacy is important to us! The glass doors are tinted and reflective, plus curtains are available for more privacy. The main house is a little over 50m from the tiny home. It's just a short walk to the beautiful Bermagui River and within walking distance to Moorhead's Beach, where dogs are permitted. Nearby, you'll find shops, a day spa, and cafes on Bermagui's north side. The space is suitable for a maximum of two people, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Dogs are welcome, but no fencing on the property. Please note that the kitchen is a basic kitchenette, with no stove. There is a kettle, mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We offer a BBQ an camping gas cooker but cooking inside is not allowed due to the tiny space. WiFi available. Bermagui boasts great spots for coffee, delicious food, the best gelati, and sourdough bread. There are many beautiful beaches for walking, swimming, or relaxing. You'll find plenty of walking paths, fishing spots, and places to exercise. It's within walking distance to a day spa, massage, sauna, and float tank, and a short drive to a yoga studio and Bermagui Harbour. We are a family of four with a mini schnauzer, living 20 meters behind the tiny home. We're happy to help but will leave you in peace. To reach us, turn right onto Lindo Street, which becomes River Road. Follow River Road alongside the river until you see the forest. There's a small dirt road marked 'private road' and a sign for Pitt Street. Follow the dirt road; Kontener 38 is the third place on your right. Don't rely on GPS, as it will take you on a different route unsuitable for most cars. Our place is not accessible for caravans or fishing boats. We offer a "tiny house" on "tiny land" among trees.
