We’ve stayed at Oasis of Hope before and were so happy to be back! It’s such a peaceful, family-friendly spot and the perfect place to switch off, relax and enjoy some time away together. The amenities are great, with toilets, showers and laundry facilities, which makes camping with kids that much easier. It’s also close enough to Coffs Harbour for day trips, with so much to explore in the surrounding area. We’ve loved our stays here and would definitely recommend Oasis of Hope to other families looking for a peaceful camping getaway. We’ll happily be back again! 🏕️❤️

The property is well maintained with a small creek next to campsite 2. The kids enjoyed playing by the stream and the extensive grassed areas to kick a ball around. We didn’t use the facilities much as we are fully set up off grid, however there was access to bathrooms, hot showers, a laundry, covered seating areas and camp kitchens in different areas of the property. Campsite 1 looked like it would have been a nicer spot to set up however it is currently closed. We have a 19ft caravan and had no problems towing it to the campsite. I’m glad we arrived prior to the long weekend as it did get quite busy over the long weekend and would have been more difficult. We only spoke with one of the caretakers, Donald, who was really helpful. Be prepared for a long and challenging trek if you plan on walking to the waterfall. We had kids ages 5, 6 and 8 and it took 1 hour, 40 mins each way. The river was flowing well, so it may have been quicker with less rain. There is no path, just rock scrambling the entire way. It was worth the hike, just make sure you take plenty of snack and water if doing it with kids.

Absolutely Beautiful location, we loved the creek walk. Good facilities. We camped at the powered site, nice a spread out area. We did not realise there were no bbq’s but Lars set us up with a fire pit and grill to cook our dinner over the fire which was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The facilities were amazing and made the whole experience really comfortable. One of the highlights was exploring the creek, which was such a beautiful and fun part of the stay. The cows wandering around also added a lovely touch to the experience and really made it feel like a true country getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable camping experience!

We had a great stay. Everything you needed and the caretakers were super helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back for a short stay. My only negative, was the cost for an additional car. So much, we actually parked the car in town for the night.

Beautiful spot right next to dinner amazing natural features including a wonderful little creek. The facility's are very clean and in fantastic condition. The location is well signposted and easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sites are flat and dry and have their own fire pits. Well worth a visit!

Absolutely stunning site nestled in a valley with a creek alongside surrounded by hills and rainforest. Friendly staff. Wide open spaces with incredible stargazing. The Milky Way! Peaceful. Creek walk to a waterfall - need gum boots to wade up the creek. Great facilities including: - hot, clean showers and bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hand wash provided - laundry with detergent - camp kitchen with various equipment, crockery etc - outdoor shelters with tables and chairs, and fairy lights at night - fire pits - power (if you need electric hook up) - kids playground Will definitely be returning. :)

We left Oasis of Hope a day earlier than we planned (booked). The amenities are good, perhaps better than expected. However there were a couple of disappointments. - "Unpowered site Campsite 2" is a smallish campground that could be used by several campers. While it is close to amenities, its right on the roadway through the property, and not far from residences. It certainly does not feel private and the photos on the listing show another campground on the property that is not actually open for use. - We are birdwatchers and bush walkers. Apart from the adjacent national park (which is 4WD only) we found access to places that interest us to be quite limited. There is a demanding creek walk on the property, but that is not really a winter activity for us either. So, a combination of the camping areas not being what we expected, cold and wet grass, and limited opportunities of interest, meant we didn't enjoy this location.

Great site!! Beautifully lit up with fairy lights, very clean bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as they use a septic system. Numbers available to call in a problem and free wifi, tea towels, a kettle and laundry facilities. Perfect area!! Also got sent a map to avoid 4WD routes
