My partner and I stayed at the Oasis of Hope camp for 3 nights and were amazed by how gorgeous the location is from the very beginning of the drive to our campsite. The campground is located right in the middle of a lush, green, and vibrant rainforest, with the sounds of the creek being able to be heard from your tent or swag. One of the owners of the property, Donald, even came by on our second day of camping to check in with us. We had a lovely conversation about the area and some exciting encounters with the local wildlife he’s had in the past. All in all, it feels like you’re camping in paradise, and we would also like to mention that the whole property is extremely well maintained. The showers and bathrooms are super clean, and the lawn is cut to perfection. We will definitely be back here in the future and recommending the Oasis of Hope to our friends and family!

Fantastic spot! Very peaceful and private. So good to be able to have my dog off a leash, have a swim in the river and just chill. Stuart was very responsive with his communication. Nice grassy campsite with a fire at night. Lots of birdlife and local trees were in flower. Very pretty. Would definitely recommend.

Our second trip was as amazing as the first. This is by far the most private and spacious site we’ve ever been to. I could sit under the gum tree for hours, listening to the sounds of nature and taking in the peaceful view of the waterhole surrounded by boulders and weeping willows. Stuart is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

I really only stopped here to sleep during a long drive up the coast, but it was absolutely perfect for this! Heaps of space and so so easy to find. Best of all it’s is mere moments from the pacific highway which meant I didn’t have to detour much and add extra time or kms to my drive. Although I didn’t spend much time enjoying the site, it seems well maintained and the dam was looking gorgeous in the morning on my way out :)

We loved this spot, it had the best view so far on our trip, our spot overlooked a beautiful creek with lots of happy cows. Very large grassy sites with your own fire pit. Rubbish and toilets available as well as Bore Water to fill your tanks. Great value for money and relaxing vibe. We stayed an extra night we loved it so much.

This is a 45 acre farm located approx 50 km north of Coffs Harbour and 30km south of Grafton and is just 500 meters from the Pacific Highway at Halfway Creek. The property is easily accessed by 2WD and is suitable for caravans and small to medium motor homes. Take a right turn as soon as you drive through the cream concrete entrance gates and follow the road down to the large cream shed. Here you will find manicured park-like gardens with a large dam - big enough to kayak on! There are numerous shady trees along the dam edges and you can also relax on the pontoon which overlooks the water. **Please note that the dam area is not fenced and may not suit campers with children. Campers must ensure they supervise their children at all times. This farm operates a cut flower business with over 10,000 rose bushes and has recently diversified with a large number of Australian wildflowers. The business hours are typically 6am-4pm but once or twice a week the shed does need to be accessed earlier than this so please do not park on the gravel area in front of the double roller doors. There are no amenities so campers need to be fully self-sufficient with own camping toilet and leave no trace. Please note - unless otherwise approved by host , we allow only 1 caravan or camper or tent or motorhome per site. Dog friendly. Fires are permitted if restrictions are not in place AND MUST be contained in our fire pit , a brazier or portable fire pit. Please do not light fires directly on the ground/grass. Come and enjoy our private camping spots on the beautiful Nymboida River, New South Wales. Check in is before 5pm no check-ins after 5pm Campers have direct access to the river which is great for swimming and paddling. Please note that this is a free flowing river and there are rapids and waterfalls in parts, so care must be taken in parts. The campsites do require a 4WD to be accessed and are not suitable for larger caravans. Small of road vans and camper trailers are fine. Pets are welcome but we are a working cattle property, so if your dog is going to chase cattle it's probably not a great fit. There is a lot to do in the area, including bushwalking, chasing waterfalls, local markets, restaurants, wineries and galleries. 20 minutes from Dorrigo and 50 minutes from Bellingen.
