Quiet riverfront escape on the majestic Kalang River just minutes from town. Perfect overnight stop between Sydney and Brisbane. Boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming literally from your awning or simply spectate the birdlife and fish cruising past from your awning. 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour, 5 minutes from Urunga town centre. Enjoy the foodie haven that Bellingen has to offer, a scenic 12 min drive. Make sure to look for “Old Man Dreaming” Plan your day trips with APU being your base. ▪️Boardwalk and Wet Lands in Urunga ▪️Waterfall Way ▪️Dorrigo ▪️National Parks ▪️Beach Days All sites are waterfront, somewhat level and grassed. All campers must be self contained (removing rubbish and MUST have own chemical/composting toilet) Use of boat ramp, jetty, kayaks and fire pits available from farm house. Wood for sale This is a dog friendly campground inviting self contained campers to enjoy our beautiful property. Raised individual fire pits are allowed (no fires on the ground) Out of respect for our campers privacy and insurance requirements, UNAUTHORISED entry to campgrounds is prohibited. Note ** extra adult charge refers to (school) children 16 years or older staying with parents. Group bookings are welcomed, please contact host directly for details **Conditions apply Bookings open 3 months prior to arrival. This site is one of our larger sites suitable for group bookings and can be consider somewhat private (pending orientation of your set up). Tent's allowed for maximum 4 nights (due to damage of grass). We have friendly cattle on property also a retired horse named Charlie and his angel's 2 mini pony mares named Peanut and Beamer. Our Jack Russell Baz may also visit. Please DO NOT feed him. I welcome a phone call if he's too boisterous for your pets or children. Spectacular location with an amazing view! Tracy and Glenn were so kind and accommodating, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated their warm hospitality. The water was absolutely beautiful, and the cows were so friendly — definitely a highlight of the stay! 🐄💛 We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Anchorage Park is an absolute must-stay for families looking for a relaxed spot where the kids have plenty of room to run around, explore and just be kids. The river access was one of the biggest highlights for us. It’s the perfect spot to wet a line, throw the kayak in or just spend some time down by the water. There’s plenty of space around camp, so it never felt cramped and the whole place has a really laid-back, peaceful feel to it. The farm animals were also a massive hit with our boys, and I’m pretty sure their favourite part of the whole stay was Baz the Jack Russell. They were completely obsessed with him and would have happily taken him home with us if they could! Troy and Angela are fantastic hosts and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. You can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into making Anchorage Park a great place for families to stay. If you’re looking for somewhere the kids can explore, you can fish or kayak straight from camp, and you can properly switch off for a few days, Anchorage Park is definitely worth checking out. We had such a great stay and will 100% be back!

Angela and Troy are the best hosts we have come across on our travels. They take hosting to the next level. Greeting us at check in and helping us get sorted at the site. Had a great chat with them. Location is spectacular, water is a stunning colour and it was so peaceful sitting looking out over the river. The kids loved seeing the dragon boat racers come by and all the fisherman would give them a wave as they passed. We had accidentally left some belongings behind and we received a phone call before we had left the island to let us know and they ran it down the driveway to us. 10/10 experience,

Site 1 for two nights, not long enough! Troy and Angela were so welcoming, greeting all guest on arrival and guiding us to our site. Lovely grassy areas and the amazing views. Good to sit back and have a fish or just chill. So close to town and all you need during your stay. Don’t put off coming here, we will be back. Our fur babies loved it too 😊

What a beautiful place to camp right by the river. So impeccably well maintained and the views are to die for. Every site has is flat and grassy and I imagine always newly mowed. Angela and Troy are super helpful on arrival (the text message with instructions prior to arrival are just what you need when you don’t know where you’re going). Can’t rate this HipCamp high enough. Thank you Troy and Angela. We’ll be back !!

This was our second visit too Anchorage Park in our 9m van and our Land Cruiser, this beautiful Hip Camp is definitely one of our favourites and has all the room and space you need to easily manoeuvre our set up. This place is picture perfect for a day or a week and Troy and Angela just make everything so easy. This is a camp that we will always revisit 👍

Absolutely would recommend Anchorage park camping, owners are really lovely and great people. They check on you each day making sure you’re okay or need anything. Super clean camp sites. Big open areas right on the water. Meet the camp dog bazza super friendly, heaps of cows and mini horses (Peanut) was our favourite. Fire pits available and fire wood from hosts. Take your swimmers and fishing rods! Thanks for a great 3 days beautiful location.
