Quiet riverfront escape on the majestic Kalang River just minutes from town. Perfect overnight stop between Sydney and Brisbane. Boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming literally from your awning or simply spectate the birdlife and fish cruising past from your awning. 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour, 5 minutes from Urunga town centre. Enjoy the foodie haven that Bellingen has to offer, a scenic 12 min drive. Make sure to look for “Old Man Dreaming” Plan your day trips with APU being your base. ▪️Boardwalk and Wet Lands in Urunga ▪️Waterfall Way ▪️Dorrigo ▪️National Parks ▪️Beach Days All sites are waterfront, somewhat level and grassed. All campers must be self contained (removing rubbish and MUST have own chemical/composting toilet) Use of boat ramp, jetty, kayaks and fire pits available from farm house. Wood for sale This is a dog friendly campground inviting self contained campers to enjoy our beautiful property. Raised individual fire pits are allowed (no fires on the ground) Out of respect for our campers privacy and insurance requirements, UNAUTHORISED entry to campgrounds is prohibited. Note ** extra adult charge refers to (school) children 16 years or older staying with parents. Absolute gem of a place, Troy and Angela are the best hosts. Site 2 was superb right on the river pristine property with fantastic fishing Highly recommend this stay and we can’t wait to go back :)

My Wife and I just spent 5 days @ Anchorage Park and did not want to leave. We stayed in our caravan on Troy & Angela’s SPECTACULAR property literally meters from the waters edge and loved it. The views of the water and surrounding acreage are picture perfect and the tranquility and privacy of the location is what anyone would hope for. Easy access to camp sites and you really do feel like you are on a ranch on an island and you could be anywhere in the world. Troy and Angela are absolutely beautiful people with big hearts , they bring firewood to your your campsite, gave us access to there fruit and vegetable orchid to pick and eat as much as we wanted, offered to fill our water tanks due to our week stay and full tanks and just made us feel really welcome. We can hand on heart recommend Troy & Angela’s property to anyone wanting a really cool and unique place to stay, swimming, fishing, relaxing, eating , animals, clean, tidy safe and Urunga town centre is only a 10 minute drive away if you need supplies. Thank you Troy & Angela, Loved, Loved , Loved it 👍

We absolutely love this place it's our 5th stay and we couldn't recommend it more so relaxing we had some pretty ordinary weather but it still didn't ruin it for us.

Beautiful spot, we were in a good spot for fishing but not all sites were the same. Hosts were very helpful and sites were well maintained. There were a few too many there for our liking but if you look at it from the hosts point of view they need to make it profitable. Overall experience was good, definitely check it out.

Beautiful property right on the water’s edge, Troy and Angela were very welcoming. Loved the chilled atmosphere we spent time fishing and relaxing, dogs loved it as well, would be great to launch a tinny or kayak or swimming in summer. Definitely recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending 3 nights at Anchorage Park. Whilst we had a bit of an idea what to expect, Angela and Troy’s beautiful property was welcoming from the time you leave the road and head towards their driveway and property. There’s plenty of room to fit even the biggest of rigs in (ours is a 10.5metre coach towing a 5 metre car trailer). AP is dog friendly, great for fishing, swimming, boating, a game of cricket, walking and watching the sunrise and set. There’s a cold water shower and so much more. We fully recommend AP, and truly enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing campsite. A beautiful location, flat sites with lots of space, calm sand bar for shallow swimming in the river, and a great fishing spot. The hosts were excellent - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Could not ask for anything better. Highly recommend to any self-contained campers.

This place is something else.. We booked campsite 5 for two nights and it did not disappoint. The sites are perfectly spaced apart and the fact you have your own part of the river to enjoy. Great they have the shower for quick wash offs. Partner caught some fish, wish we brought crab pots, though will next time. Would recommend 100%. We plan to come back with our sons in the near future to show them this amazing place.

What a beautiful well maintained camp. The sites are huge so you feel quite private. Fishing directly from your site is an added bonus. Being able to have a fire to cook on and then sit around was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by Angela and nothing was too much effort. We would highly recommend this camp.

We had a beautiful, relaxed weekend with friends on the banks of the Kalang River. Spacious sites beautiful green grass and a quiet environment . We swam and paddled what more could you want. We will definetly be back and Angela is a wonderful host .

Incredible, and I mean incredible spot. From the moment we arrived, we were met by Angela and her two incredibly friendly dogs who showed us to our very generously sized site (#1). The view was incredible and we were lucky enough to have the whole place almost to ourselves for our first night. Water access and use of the on-site kayaks were incredible. Our second night (friday) saw a lot of new arrivals however it still did not feel overcrowded. All campers were respectful and were there for the right reasons. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
