Amazing place to stay. So peaceful. Grounds are beautiful and maintained. Great facilities. All the facilities of a caravan park but without all the people! The creek is amazing and swimming holes are great. This is our second time here and we will be back!!

Absolutely beautiful setting, cannot explain how much of a lovely evening we had just looking at the view and the stars. Oscar (the owners son) was an absolute legend, and the outdoor shower behind the house was the most amazing view I have had while starting my day! Thanks so much for having us, would happily go again.

We loved camping at the Pasis of Hope. The hosts were very welcoming and the facilities were great and very thought through. You can see a lot of care has gone into designing and keeping the campsite in great condition. It has everything you could want and more. The location is stunning and we had such a great time. We will be back for sure.

4 nights at Abstobys Retreat

The 3 sites are clean & tidy. Shower & toilet well maintained. Gate is locked after hour's great no safety issues. Louise is very pleasant and is most welcoming we take our small house dog on a lead & he also enjoys his stay too. We visit often with friends and they are also eager to return. The birdlife is lovely to see & listen too.

3 nights at Fernlee Station

Great stay. The land is huge and the river is right by the campsite. We were not so lucky to catch anything but saw plenty of turtles, birds and even platypuses - there are plenty of them. Susannah was very kind, met us at the campground and lent us a great Canoe. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Overall, it was a lovely experience to stay in a sub-tropical campsite. The scenery was beautiful and facilities were clean and available to use. It was also lovely to meet Brett. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our trip short and we had informed Lars but didn't hear back from him. Regardless we had a good stay.

3 nights at Byron Myocum Farm

The site was very well kept and facilitates top notch, we had some bad weather on our trip but even still the rolls hills were beautiful. My only small note, we were close to the road and so the traffic noise was louder than I thought. But overall well worth a visit and I'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this campsite recently and were absolutely blown away by the stunning location—nestled in nature with breathtaking views all around. The facilities were spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into keeping the site in top condition. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to some unexpected storms rolling in. It was disappointing to leave early, but we’ll definitely be back to experience it properly when the weather’s is on our side.

If you want to stay in a quiet, beautiful, authentic, Coffs hinterland setting, this is the place. So great to have facilities and power at a Hipcamp! Wish there were more of these. Sites very spacious. It had been quite wet with a rain bomb before we got there, but grass sites seemed to handle it well and we did not sink in. Surprisingly great amenities with super hot showers, and a laundry. Much more professional than we were expecting. Gorgeous little creek running past the site. A little tricky when driving into this camp, once you are off the road. Very narrow, some places absolutely no passing, some little causeways. Just be careful and drive slowly. Signage to the camp is there but quite tiny, so look out for it and follow the specific instructions from Lars. The drive in from Coffs is part of the fun, going through some lovely country. It was school holidays when we were there, but only one group of families there, who were friendly and having loads of relaxed, outdoor fun with their little boys running around. It was such a nice change from the busy professional parks we had stayed at. We could only stay one night but would recommend staying at least two and enjoying the location. Total thumbs up to Lars and team.

We visited Fernlee, started off for a week , we ended up staying for 2 weeks and didn’t want too leave. We had the best time, so very peaceful on the bank of the river. Susannah is an amazing person and host. Thank you so much for having us. Jai and Skye site 4.

Great camping on Oasis- facilities were great, clean and the hot water was fantastic! After a big storm on our last night Lars came ar I und to check we were all good. A wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend!

Bundilla River Camp

Come camp along the beautiful Wilson River on a working cattle property. Shady, grassy campsites by a flowing river, just 25 minutes drive from Port Macquarie. The camp area includes toilets, a basic camp shed, where campers can make use of the picnic table, stainless steel food preparation bench and camp fire pit. There are only 2 sites available with power which is included in the site price. Check out our discount for single travelers and extras like eggs and firewood. Check ins after 7pm may be turned away in busy times. 2. No Fireworks - this is very unsettling for our livestock 3. 9pm quiet time. 4. No drones in the camping area, for the privacy of other campers 5. Generators are allowed for short period of time but not permitted after 8pm. 6. I have a small private property with grass campsites by a tidal outlet to Port Stephens harbour. We do not offer secluded camp sites away from other people on large acreage. You can spend your days fishing, kayaking or enjoying Nelson Bay and surrounding areas and beaches which are only 15 minutes away. Guests have the use of a retreat shelter/fire place/BBQ area and wifi. Campers must try to be self contained bringing their own water, toilet and shower. Sorry, no caravans over 20ft. Suite solo travellers, couples wanting a quiet weekend and LGBT friendly. We do have available tank, rain water for drinking, a toilet and hot shower, microwave and free wifi available for those who cannot be totally self contained. Beautiful waterfalls are less than a half hour drive away. There are local businesses who can help you pursue these kinds of activities if you don't bring your own equipment.

The farm features a hempcrete building named 'The Stinking Rose' used for drying and curing garlic, that also acts as a big room for garlic feasts during planting (March, April and May each year). The building also houses toilet and shower facilities for guests when camping on site. On some evenings, the sky puts on a real show of golden sun rays with pink, purple and blue clouds while swallows flit across the garden beds catching moths. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday.
