There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just 5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.

1. For the piece and quiet of other campers all check-ins must be before 4.30pm during the colder months. Check ins after 7pm may be turned away in busy times.
2. No Fireworks - this is very unsettling for our livestock

5. Generators are allowed for short period of time but not permitted after 8pm.

East Creswick Farm is a Tea Tree farm located halfway between Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads, with Mullumbimby just down the road. Very easily accessed, it includes large areas of flat paddock as well as secluded spots up on a hilled area surrounded by native and plantation trees.
We are just getting started and intend to improve the property over time. We hope the price and flexibility reflect the current state of the land, and we are always aiming to improve the amenities as we go.
The property is best described as central, easy, and affordable rather than pristine and tranquil. It is a working farm where you may see tractors from time to time, and while it is "rough around the edges," it is clean and functional. Please note that we border the highway, so depending on where you are on the property, there is some road noise. Except for during Blues Fest, there are no toilets on-site, so you will need to be fully self-sufficient.
During periods of heavy rain, the ground in some areas can become boggy, so we may need to limit space on the flat paddocks and have you stay up on the hill. Generally, the site is 2WD accessible. We aim to be super flexible, so please reach out with any requests; we just ask that you do the right thing regarding taking rubbish and toilet litter with you. Doggos are always welcome because doggos are the best.

1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or any camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek.
2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time - we must know your exact numbers.
3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds, treat it like you would a National Park.
4. ALL WASTE must be bagged and taken off site with you. The rubbish bins in the street are not ours. They belong to the people that live in the valley. You must be prepared to take all rubbish home with you.

We are a farm forestry property located in the middle of the north shore of Port Stephens. Two hours north of Hornsby. 1 hour north of Newcastle.
2 mins to Pindimar beach, 9 minutes to Coles and bottle shop, 11 minutes to surf beach Bennett Beach 12 minutes to Jimmy's Beach.
Pets are welcome please pick up after them. All dogs from now on must be on a leash at all times as you cannot predict what other campers's dog is going to be like. Any dog on the NSW dangerous dogs list is absolutely not welcome here.
Free use of fire pits. 1st wheelbarrow of firewood is free. After that $15 for 20kg bag.
Hot showers and decent toilets, Good mobile phone signal. Two Communal Fridges .There is lots of space for campers. We have two sites with shade, the rest without. We suggest you bring a decent quality gazebo or equivalent. If you choose a non-shady site and then it's sunny, it is beyond our control.
We are located on a dead end road, so very rare to have any traffic after 8pm.
PLEASE NOTE: 1) We ONLY ALLOW ONE camper trailer or ONE caravan per site. No limit on number of tents.
2) IF You Have more than 3 vehicles/site please contact host before booking.
3) Depending on the weather on the day, we may have to limit the number of vehicles that can be parked adjacent to your campsite.
4) NO late night check in . If you are a group larger than two people, the check in time is between midday and sunset. If you arrive after sunset make sure you have a torch. If in doubt call.
5) As the business name suggests (mountain) our property is on a hill. we are creating more level campsites. Shade trees are being planted. But they are slow to grow.
6) Please check weather report a minimum of 7 days before you arrive and CANCEL your booking if you are not sure.

You can spend your days fishing, kayaking or enjoying Nelson Bay and surrounding areas and beaches which are only 15 minutes away. Guests have the use of a retreat shelter/fire place/BBQ area and wifi.
Campers must try to be self contained bringing their own water, toilet and shower. Sorry, no caravans over 20ft. Suite solo travellers, couples wanting a quiet weekend and LGBT friendly. We’re a small family on a beautiful 5-acre farm next to the Brunswick River in Mullumbimby. We practice permaculture and organic fruit and vegetable farming. If you're after loud music and late-night vibes, this probably isn't the right fit. Guests come here to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature so we ask that noise is kept low and loud music isn't permitted.
Wake to birdsong, fall asleep to the soft rush of the creek, wander through open grassy spaces, or relax by the water’s edge. The creek flows year-round sometimes deep enough for a refreshing dip, and other times shallow, cool, and perfect for wading, creek-walking, or just sitting with your feet in the water while listening to the trees.
In the evenings, gather around your private fire pit, , each site offers a unique fire pit experience with wood provided, perfect for slow conversations, warm or cold drinks, and unwinding by the glow of the flames. and letting the stars take over the sky. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot where guests often tell us their minds finally stop racing.
We currently offer a spacious secluded glamping tent overlooking the creek, plus beautifully spread-out grassy areas ideal for campers seeking a true nature experience. Guests also have access to our modern amenities pavilion, hot shower, flushing toilet, and a shared outdoor wash-up area to make your stay effortless.
Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic nature getaway, solo traveller wanting space to think, or small group looking to unplug and breathe again, Trickling Waters Retreat offers a calm, memorable escape on one of Commissioners Creek’s most serene pockets of land.
