Located on Port Stephens’ waterfront Aspen Holidays Koala Shores is the ideal place to unwind and recharge. Guests can take a paddle boat cruise along the waterway, spend the day fishing, kayak or simply enjoy the beautiful sunset over the creek. Kids can enjoy our giant jumping pillow or challenge each other to a pedal kart race. Don’t forget your towels, it’s time to make a splash at our freshly upgraded, resort-style swimming pool! Whether you’re after a morning dip, an afternoon float, or a full day of family fun in the sun, our brand-new pool area has you covered. Koala Shores brings you one of the best poolside experiences in Port Stephens, pure holiday bliss! With power sites, ensuite sites, and cabins, including the popular Koala House, we can cater to all your accommodation needs, whether your trip is couple’s getaway, a family holiday, or a once-in-a-lifetime trip with friends (including your fur-baby). We are a proud dog friendly park so feel free to bring the dog along as we all know they need a holiday as much as we do! If it is water views you are looking for, this is the way to go. Proximity to the waterfront and nestled in the heart of nature, fishing, and kayaking are a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the sunset over the water after a day of exploring the area or trying to spot some koalas. Sites can accommodate up to 22ft caravans and motorhomes; sites have filtered views of the water. For larger vans, please contact the Park directly.

Our ensuite sites are the best of both worlds, located close to the water and offering filtered water views, all while having the comfort of an ensuite bathroom. Nothing is more tranquil than Koala House, located near the waterfront in Lemon Tree Passage, Port Stephens, to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature and even spot a koala or two! Its private pool and spa make it the perfect getaway to create lasting memories. Koala Shores Holiday Park is also available to guests. There are pedal karts to race, a Bouncing Pillow to reach for the sky, and Putt-Putt to play. We still remember the adults, too. Spend some time in nature or have a BBQ while your kids play. Kayaks, paddle boards, and boats can also be launched from Koala Shores Holiday Park’s boat ramp.
