My fiancé and I had an amazing time! This was our very first Hipcamp experience, and it definitely won’t be our last! Kelli was a wonderful host, periodically checking in with us through the app to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re considering it, I HIGHLY recommend adding the fresh-baked bread. It was absolutely delicious and still warm from the oven when we arrived. We also rented a couple of kayaks and set out hoping to catch a few fish… and the number of northerns we pulled in was crazy. Such a fun and memorable trip. We’ll absolutely be back!

Weekend Trip to Riverside Roost

This my family's second trip to Kelli and Patrick's camp site and it was another wonderful experience. Such a cool setting and the boys can keep busy with fishing. The kayaks are also a nice touch. Kayaking upstream is easy and safe even with kids. Would 100% recommend this place. Already looking at a 3rd trip. Don't forget your water shoes! The location has a swimmable area.

1 night at Camp-Inn Teardrop factory camping

Stayed for one night on a trip across the country. Sites are very cozy, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Also not far from the interstate. I didn't make a fire but the site is stocked with tons of firewood. I had issues getting consistent mobile service on the T-Mobile network. Nothing the host can do about that, of course. Not an issue for me personally, but something to be aware of if that matters to you. There is a WiFi network but the signal was too weak for me to connect at the site. Probably usable in or near the office, useful in case of emergencies.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was relatively easy to find, very nice flat space to set up. Plenty of room and private.

My first ever HipCamp and Kelli's land made it a memorable one. Very responsive and offerings were beyond expectations. Her bread makes some delicious ham and cheese sandwhiches over the fire! Definitely felt like I had the place to myself with lots of wildlife; saw a few deer, tons of different birds and some fish that would periodically jump out of the water. Took a trip up the river with a kayak and saw a handful of bald eagles as well. If you're looking for a weekend to unplug and be in nature, this is a great spot!

We loved camping at Clear Water Camp! Adam was an amazing host both prior to and during our trip. He was highly responsive to questions I had about the camp site and hiking in the area. When we arrived, our site was clean and a fire was ready to be started. Adam greeted us at our site and was very welcoming- making sure we had everything we needed! The rec room is well stocked with activities, snacks, and beverages and was the perfect spot to warm up with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The camp ground itself was beautiful with a hiking trail around the grounds. All sites had plenty of space- perfect for families and those with dogs! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again! Adam was super kind and communicative and set the fire pit up with wood and fire starters, there were tiki torches available for lighting and a great rec room stocked with everything you might need. We had the most wonderful time camping on Rachel’s property! The land itself is a dream. Our campsite was tucked into beautiful woods, giving us privacy and a true feeling of being immersed in nature. Just a short walk away, there's an open field perfect for stargazing. The mix of dense forest and open sky made it feel like the best of both worlds. We had several magical wildlife encounters: a fawn visited our campsite, we saw a bald eagle soaring above, and an owl hooted nearby at dusk. My dog had an absolute blast exploring the trails and sniffing around. And then there’s Rachel’s menagerie! We got to meet baby pigs, baby goats, kittens and the sweetest little puppy. It added so much charm and joy to the experience. We also went canoeing nearby, which quite the adventure. We kept saying to each other, “Rachel treats us like family.” That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and it made this one of the best camping trips we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back.

Weekend Trip to The G Farm

My husband and I camped at Justin's site during the memorial day weekend. We immediately went straight to the incredibly charming Farm Store and purchased sausage and duck eggs. We continued on toward the camp site and quickly fell in love as we passed cows, chickens, and pigs. We made our way to the camp site adorned with a sparkling, serene private lake. We enjoyed the paddleboat (multiple times), while listening to the sounds of the farm animals and soaking in the sun. Justin and his delightful family even gave us a tour of the farm, and we got a chance to hold the baby chicks and meet the baby cow! We appreciated the little house, allowing us to "camp" without the extra work of camping! We used the hot plate provided to cook up the sausage, and our taste buds danced - the best sausage we've ever eaten. We enjoyed the other amenities as well including the hammock, and the fire pit! This stay was a special treat, and we will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to The G Farm

One of my all-time favorite Hipcamp stays. This was my first time visiting Wisconsin and I knew as soon as I found this farm that it would be the perfect place to stay. It exceeded all expectations. The property is even more beautiful in person with lush greenery and peaceful views in every direction. I loved spending my mornings walking around and visiting the farm animals like chickens, ducks, pigs, and cows. Their two dogs and three cats were the friendliest companions. The Great Pyrenees stayed by my cabin most of the time and loved getting all the pets. The red cattle dog followed me around while I explored the farm. One of the highlights was seeing a newborn calf being fed in the barn. It was such a special experience and I really enjoyed learning more about the farm and the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay. It was absolutely perfect.

A private sanctuary with 30 acres located just north of Waupaca's Chain O' Lakes with groomed hiking and/or biking trails. Terrain is varied with ponds, hills, and valleys. Shower, potable water, and rec room available. PLEASE NOTE with heavy rain all wheel drive (AWD) is needed to park next to your site. If you don't have AWD, there's parking by the rec room.
