This is a great flat space with the mountains as your background and beautiful night sky's. It's close to the city but far away to feel secluded. It's a small paradise where your free to do as you please (While respecting the land). You are also really close to the international border of Mexico. You can park your RV on the property and head down to Mexico to enjoy some tacos and beer! . Come enjoy the dessert, the beautiful starts, loving people, and enjoy some city treats. Don't forget to bring your fury friends!Enjoy the beautiful dessert! Bring your family, friends and your four legged buddy! To have an unforgettable experience. This is a perfect site for someone that wants to camp in the dessert to enjoy those gorgeous night sky's but don't want to be too far away from the city. Making it an easy commute to get provisions. Set up your tents, park your RV, your fith wheeler or anyway you enjoy the outdoors. Your also extremely close to the Mexico international Border. Nalas Treats Away
Desert Escape with Easy Access to A
This campsite near Douglas was an unexpected gem! While the description mentioned beautiful night skies, the view of the Milky Way might be better suited for darker locations. However, the peace and quiet of the desert nights were truly special. Here's what made this spot so enjoyable: * **Spacious and Secluded:** With plenty of flat ground for tents and RVs, setting up camp was a breeze. Despite being close to Douglas, the sense of remoteness was fantastic. * **Serene Soundscape:** The only sounds at night were the gentle desert winds and the occasional coyote call. It was incredibly peaceful. * **Convenient Location:** Just a 10-minute drive from Douglas in the morning, we were able to stock up on supplies and recharge at Art Car World This place was a hidden treasure! We spent a mesmerizing hour touring their uniquely decorated art cars. Bonus tip for electric vehicle owners: This museum has the **only Tesla charger** in the area, making it a perfect stop if you're headed to Chiricahua National Monument. * **International Flair:** A short walk across the border led us to Agua Prieta, Mexico. We explored the vibrant border town, savored delicious food, and soaked up the unique culture. * **Chiricahua National Monument:** Just a 45-minute drive away, Chiricahua National Monument offered stunning scenery. The trails were well-maintained and the views of the water-carved hoodoos were breathtaking. The best part? While the monument's campsites were full
