Welcome to our Arts & Music Sanctuary! This special space is a joint venture between me, Nick, and the property owner, Mike. Together, we’ve created a peaceful and inclusive retreat on 3 beautiful acres in St. Cloud, Florida, designed to inspire creativity, connection, and relaxation.
I’m Nick, and I bring a lifelong passion for music and craftsmanship to this project. I run a piano tuning and restoration business and also manage a nonprofit organization dedicated to renovating pianos and donating them to kids and schools. Mike, the property owner, is a music entrepreneur with deep roots in the industry. His vision for this sanctuary comes from his belief in the healing and inspiring power of art and music.
Our property is designed to provide space for artists, musicians, and nature lovers to create and recharge. For those looking to immerse themselves in the outdoors, we offer primitive campsites where you can choose your own spot—whether it’s by the pond, under the oak trees, or nestled near the bamboo grove.
For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub.
The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as:
• A peaceful on-site pond with fish.
• Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating.
• Large canopies for art and music activities.
We also provide a selection of rentable musical instruments, including a piano, keyboard, cello, and guitar, to help bring your artistic visions to life.
Our sanctuary is proudly 420-friendly and welcomes guests of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, whether LGBTQ+ or from any spiritual or religious path. However, we ask that heavier substances or disruptive behaviors be avoided to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

This beautiful corner RV lot can accommodate a rig up to 45 feet and 2 additional vehicles on site, with very easy access. I almost wanna keep this gem for myself! No, if you get the opportunity, this site is a little piece of heaven! Absolutely gorgeous! Hot tub was perfect! The cabana with the TV was a pleasant surprise! Anime all night! We loved every moment of this place! I will be back!!!

We spent three peaceful nights at Lakeside RV and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. The site was wonderfully private, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the quiet and lakeview. Our dog had an absolute blast—plenty of space to roam and nearby trails to explore. One of our favorite outings was to a nearby park with scenic walking paths and a beautiful boardwalk stretching over the lake—perfect for morning strolls and sunset views.
Laura was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when we had to adjust our arrival due to unexpected weather. Her flexibility and clear communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend Lakeside RV for anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

This was hands down the BEST Hipcamp I have been to. The area for the camper was nice and flat and large enough to accommodate any sizes. The hookups were perfectly placed. But the winner… the view! Looking out on the lake sipping morning coffee was hands down the best moments. If you are thinking about this one, just go ahead and book it.

Very peaceful and beautiful location! Truly able to relax and unwind as you overlook the lake. Very private and clean. Host was lovely, friendly, and very helpful - we struggled to level our fifth wheel (we did not have our leveling blocks) and she came out to help direct us to the best spot. We felt safe and enjoyed the views and animals. We spent a super rainy week here but it did not "dampen" our time!

This is a beautiful camp site right on the lake! We had a nice relaxing weekend watching the wildlife, fishing, and camp cooking!
The sunrises and sunsets on the lake were great!
There was lots of wild life, we seen a lot of different birds, and a deer!
