We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. Cute spot with a nice little yard. It was a tight fit for our trailer under the canopy so I would not recommend any tall rigs but it was a super cute quiet spot. We used it for a place to stay while visiting Disney and it was perfect for that! Definitely would go back

We spent three peaceful nights at Lakeside RV and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. The site was wonderfully private, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the quiet and lakeview. Our dog had an absolute blast—plenty of space to roam and nearby trails to explore. One of our favorite outings was to a nearby park with scenic walking paths and a beautiful boardwalk stretching over the lake—perfect for morning strolls and sunset views. Laura was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when we had to adjust our arrival due to unexpected weather. Her flexibility and clear communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Lakeside RV for anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

This was hands down the BEST Hipcamp I have been to. The area for the camper was nice and flat and large enough to accommodate any sizes. The hookups were perfectly placed. But the winner… the view! Very peaceful and beautiful location! Truly able to relax and unwind as you overlook the lake. Very private and clean. Host was lovely, friendly, and very helpful - we struggled to level our fifth wheel (we did not have our leveling blocks) and she came out to help direct us to the best spot. We felt safe and enjoyed the views and animals. We spent a super rainy week here but it did not "dampen" our time!

Jeremy’s place is great! Has everything you need. It is beautifully detailed with lighting, fans grass area off pristine concrete slab and a picnic table. Great quiet location yet close to market, gas & food. Jeremy was there to meet us and assist in backing in. Only thing you need to be concerned with is if you want to park under awning structure confirm your height with Jeremy. We camped in a 28’ Airstream with 2 dogs.

We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

She loves gardening, and has a complete apothecary of herbs, salves and tinctures for your daily needs. Both she and her boyfriend are Native Floridians, and are more than happy to share local knowledge of their home town of Wabasso Beach. Marshall (your other host & Sophia’s other half) is an avid waterman. He is a Sailboat Captain, happy to take you cruising on the open sea or fishing for local catch, as well as a Master Carpenter with experience in plumbing, electric and mechanical handy work. He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated! A privacy fence is being installed over the next few weeks to separate the site from the rest of the property, so it will soon be enclosed on three sides (the driveway to the back of the property is on the fourth). Along with plenty of beautiful trees for shade, the site includes its own private sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks, a picnic table (photos coming soon), and a storage shed with beach supplies for guest use. There is plenty of room to pull in and park an RV of just about any size. Conveniently located 1.3 miles from a shopping plaza with a Publix, Bealls Outlet, and several restaurants. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions. This is a new site/listing, so I will be adding more details as needed. If you have any questions, please ask! Disclaimer: There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. There is very little “traffic” during nighttime and early morning hours, but if you are sensitive to noise or require complete silence to sleep, this may not be the optimal site for you.
