We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest.
If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

The space is private and fully immersed in nature. It's so peaceful. When I arrived, the host Kimberly brought in a fire pit, snacks, tiki torches, water, and several other thoughtful things in case I needed anything. Once she showed me where to camp and left all the things I could enjoy for the weekend, she honored my privacy and didn't come back again- but made herself available to text if I needed anything.
There were even chairs and tables outside to relax with. Unfortunately it was too warm for a campfire, but I do hope to be back to enjoy the spot again.

This was a perfect place to park our camper while going on a cruise. Having electric available meant not having to empty the refrigerator (yea!). The spot is very secure, next to the host's house in a fenced in yard. It's on a level paved driveway, easy to back into. The host, Scott was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes and kayaks as well. It's easy to get to and not far from Port Canaveral. Also very affordable. We would definitely store our camper (27 ft class C) there again.

Site 420 was perfect for us! Dog friendly, private, enjoyed the wildlife next to the pond and was conveniently located for our needs. Camped with a small 5th wheel, site 420. It was absolutely lovely. We were visiting our son’s family and had our granchildren to camp one day as well. Tanya and Wes were great in making sure we got there and situated. They had a lot of amenities including fire rings and wood. The sounds of the animals at night over the pond was really nice as well. We had 3 dogs with us and put up our fence for camp with no problems. The plants and quaint yard art was very enjoyable.

My boyfriend and I had a nice relaxing time on Samuel’s land. It was private. And we loved seeing all the farm animals. Their property is surrounded by other properties with cow pastures. So we had nature on all sides. Were able to see the stars and moon through the trees at night. There is only a fire pit. So you will need to bring everything in and pack everything out. Which is what we prefer! We hammock camped. But there is plenty of room for tents also! Would definitely book again!
