We loved our stay! Beautiful surroundings, well kept and all around fantastic campsite.

Jeanie has a nice piece of property tucked away from the distractions of normal life. There was no cell service. It was nice to unplug for a couple days. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. There are two camping spots. One just for tent camping and another with a 30 amp hook up or 120v available. We were surprised at the "nude beach". My kids and dogs loved playing in the water. The out house was a nice touch. There was plenty of wood to burn and an area to drop some extra cash if you need more wood. This was a great stay and we will be back.

Possum creek ranch is a lovely getaway. Quiet and serene. Plenty of scenery to admire. The fire pit was great, firewood was great, and the outhouse was extremely well kept. Plenty of wildlife wandering around.

Very kind, last minute decision.
Beautiful property. By the time we arrived the host had our firewood stacked and under a tarp waiting for us. Very quiet setting. I would definitely recommend!
Jeanie’a Possum Ranch was absolutely beautiful- a lovely field tucked in a valley between the mountains. Gorgeous thoughtfully well kept meadow, stone fire ring and a well maintained and clean outhouse. Picnic table and firewood for our use. Easy to level our van. Took a hike along sweet sweetwater rd and got sweeping views of the hills, mountains farms and autumn color. Jeanie was a friendly and kind host. One of the best Hipcamp stays we have had yet!

The seven deer in the field awaiting my a arrival were a bonus to the amazing stars cape at night. So peaceful and quiet with just the crickets for company. Hooked up to electric with no difficulty. The path to the creek was clearly cut and charming. The outhouse had some fun extra touches too! This was a lovely spot. I would recommend coming up through Wytheville rather than from the west—-

It's hard to put into words how nice this camp is. It exceeded any and all expectations. Spacious sites with a beautiful view. The whole property was immaculate and clean. Nothing to spoil your stay, just the sound of the crickets and the light from the stars. The host was fabulous and we enjoyed a lovely conversation in the morning. We will definitely be returning.
A beautiful area with a very clean outhouse! Seeing the stars with no city lights to pollute the sky was amazing! Very lovely host!
Beware of no phone signal if that is a concern, I have Verizon and lost signal about 30 minutes away from the site. We had to leave early but we enjoyed it so much while we were there!
