Relax by the campfire or fish the stocked Wilson Creek on the property. -Free to use kayaks/canoes -High Speed WiFi -Pets allowed The space Ridgetop Retreat at Highland Hideaways is a unique arched cabin, at the highest point on the property with amazing mountain view. This one-of-a-kind arched glamping pod offers a cozy retreat with modern comforts. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, futon couch, and a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and cooktop. The cabin also has a full bathroom with a shower and toilet. Step outside to enjoy the cozy porch, charcoal grill, and firepit, all while listening to the peaceful sounds of the creek that runs in around the property. Our 7-acre property has high-speed wireless internet, making it perfect for remote work. There are four other cabins available for rent, ideal for group getaways. On-Site Amenities Unique waterfalls nearby, less than than half a mile up the the road. Community Arcade – Located next to Rumple’s Retreat, featuring four free-to-play multi-cades, a claw machine, karaoke, darts, a retro jukebox, and an air hockey table. Highlands Hideaways has direct access to Grayson Highlands State park via the trailhead across the river, following Wilson creek you will see cascading waterfalls less than half a mile up the trail. The community arcade located next to Rumples Retreat is available to all guests at Highland Hideaways. Bring quarters! The arcade features 4 FREE-TO-PLAY Multi-cades, a claw machine, pinball, karaoke, Darts, Retro Jukebox, and an Air-Hockey Table. 2 Queen Beds, 1 Couch. Full Bathroom Washer/Dryer The Private Drive-in theater is located behind the Arcade, with enough room for 1 vehicle. Drive-in made easy, with a single button press to start the screening. The vending machine is stocked with a variety of drinks, as well as a snack vending machine in-case you get hungry late at night. Streaming Service including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney Plus, with a large selection of DVD and VHS movies as backup. Smart Speakers located through the cabin and arcade to play music. Enjoy our ever growing selection of puzzles, cards, and board games from our game shelf. Fresh linens, Toilet Paper, Towels, and shampoo/soap are provided free of charge. High-speed WiFi This rustic cabin features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a TV, queen bed, and dresser. The second bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a full mattress and a bunk cot. The living room has a fold out futon. The lot is a large graveled space with a firepit, sits above the rest of the property, and overlooks the mountains and the creek. This place is absolutely amazing! My kiddo loved the arcade and being so close to Greyson Highlands State park along with whitetop mountain! Hosts are wonderful! I'd give 10 stars!
