I moved here from San Francisco, to simplify my life, and accomplish my dreams. The Tiny house was designed and built by architect, Jesse Plaster. It's a unique cozy loft style design, set back in the woods on our property. It's purposely placed next to a creek, with a nice stone fire ring to really enjoy the outdoors. In the cold months, it's heated by a wood burning stove. Also next to the house are logging roads that allow you to hike the Ripshin Mountains.  The Yadkin River is near by, and so is Boone and Blowing Rock. If you like mountain biking, bring your bike to ride Kerr Scott, or Zacks Fork trails. Also, check out the workshops at Pattersonschoolfoundation.org They offer sustainable living classes such as cheese making, mushroom foraging, blacksmithing, soap making, kimchi making, etc...  Also ask about our private Yoga sessions. Last but not least, there is a wood burning private sauna that your able to reserve. There is plenty of room to pitch multiple tents, or park an RV.  Furry friends are welcome as well, we only ask that you pay $30 for the extra time it takes to clean.  The open loft provides a falling hazard for young ones.  Because of that, we do not allow children under the age of 10 to climb the ladder or sleep upstairs.  Cooking pots, pans, utensils are supplied, along with paper products and linens. There are two burners in the kitchen, a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a small smokey Joe charcoal grill.  The Yadkin River is near by, and so is Boone and Blowing Rock. Great stay
This was the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed space! The sauna was an amazing bonus and the hosts are so kind.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Angela’s property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint spot in the woods. The cabin has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and the property is all around perfect. We loved the walking trails and the location in general. Highly recommend Angela’s brewery and pizza place as well! The food and service are top notch, and we went multiple times! If you’re on the fence, just book it, you won’t regret it!

The house is super cute, but we didn’t make it through the night. There were many stink bugs in the house and because of the way the bed is situated, they were crawling and flying around our head at night. Would love to have stayed, but we couldn’t sleep.

Tiny House Glamping - Mountains
You may have read several other dozen reviews but I echo the sentiments—super sweet house, attentive hosts, and incredibly friendly farm animals. I think our dog had the best time of all of us getting the rare chance to zoom and splash freely. There was nothing lacking at all, from hot showers to kitchen equipment. We’re in this neck of the woods multiple times over the summer and I was so happy to finally “audition” this house to be a regular basecamp. The only thing that was somewhat of a surprise was proximity to the owner’s house. I notice that none of the pics show that and I did expect the tiny house to be secluded. It is quite nearby across the creek and if you’re outside, you’re in view. As I said before they seem to be lovely people so there’s no bother, but don’t expect to be surrounded by privacy.

The cabin was absolutely phenomenal. It was quaint, and cozy, and so comfortable to be in and around. The land was beautiful, and a joy to explore. Would definitely recommend staying if you're gonna be in the area and need a wonderful place to stay!
