Our family has been caring for this land since 1926, but before European colonization it was home to the Lenape people from whom it was forcibly taken. Acknowledging this fact and working to expand awareness of Indigenous cultures and their rights is important to us. While at the farm, besides the amenities listed in each listing, you are welcome to hike or walk around and explore our farm which has many acres of woodland, creeks, springs, a pond, and open fields. A hot day is a great time for a walk along - or in - the creek. A rainy day brings out the Red Efts - beautiful orange newts that are all over the woods when you know where to look. The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October. In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. Contact us to coordinate for larger group bookings. Please note that a significant portion of county tax/fees and cancellation or change fees may be avoided by booking the base amount of people (4) and at a much later date adding extra guests. Guests NOT occupying canvas tent (lodging) and bringing their own tents should not be paying an occupancy tax but there is no provision for this in the app. We do not want our guests paying taxes -- that benefit no one but useless bureaucracy! This is the experience that you'll remember for years to come. Welcome to The Record Room - Built directly from our hands and our hearts, The Record Room borders the fine line of camping and glamping, with a wood-fired cedar hot tub and outdoor shower that feeds off a small artesian creek, a sauna tucked within the trees, overlooking scenic ridge, and solar-powered vinyl that plays inside and out across a vast selection of vintage, classic, and current albums. Back to our small creek, there are plenty of quaint spots to dip your toes. The Monguap River is close enough to see and hear, and the Delaware River is just 2 miles up the road, with rafting, kayaking, and canoeing companies all along it. A queen Tempur-Pedic bed, as well as an overstuffed futon, will take care of you come nightfall. The outdoor kitchen is built for cooking some real food - a flat-top grill, a single burner, a stainless steel grate grill, cast-iron pans, and all utensils, all powered by propane. A wood stove inside will handle the chilly mornings and brisk nights. We have a pool table under a custom-built pavilion just for your enjoyment. And last but certainly not least, our outhouse, which is maintained by the women of our family. We also have a nearby waterfall, which is as close as a three-minute drive down the road. The Hawks Nest lookout is under 10 minutes away. We recommend downloading a trail finder app, as once you arrive here, there will be zero service or wifi. Since we only have one bed and one futon, only four individuals can sleep comfortably, but we also have a couple of spots for your friend circle to set up some tents. Our mission is to get people back into the life we feel so disconnected from nowadays, and we provide the space to be able to do so. We highly recommend the firewood package, as it makes life much easier, unless you plan on picking through the woods on your property (which we totally support!)

This property is nestled alongside the meandering Dyberry Creek in Honesdale, PA. Our property is 27 acres and this is the only campsite on the property. We are located roughly 5 miles from downtown Honesdale where there are many quaint shops, plenty of restaurants, ice cream and grocery stores in case you forgot something you need. The Dyberry creek is stocked with many species of trout. And just up the creek, there is fly fishing only section! Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Breathtaking waterfalls at Tanners Falls are less than 2 miles from our campsite.

Welcome to Clearing Farm! Our grounds expand over 100 acres with many private hiking trails, a big field and cascading waterfalls. Visit our Instagram @clearingfarm to find out more. Please note while our cabin is a premium experience on a working farm, it is still an outdoor experience that takes place deep in the woods, off the grid and in a cabin built from earthy or recycled materials. It is a far cry from a typical hotel or traditional glamping. This Clearing Farm off-grid cabin is located on our 100+ acre farm. You'll be staying right next to a waterfall and able to enjoy all our land features. Experience a private campsite equipped with a Casper Full Mattress, fire pit and charcoal grill. Please note there is 1 bed at the property but room next to the cabin to bring and put up additional tents. There is no power at the campsite. THERE IS NO LONGER THE WOOD BURNING STOVE IN THE CABIN - THE TOWN MADE US TAKE IT OUT. There is also no shower. If you would like to bathe in the streams please use all natural soap as the animals drink from it. The Thermal Spring is no longer available.

Meadow view was a beautiful site and perfect for our group. We enjoyed having the option to be indoor as it cut down on the need for some of our gear. It was absolutely beautiful, not buggy, and well kept and maintained.

3 nights at The Dam House At Beaver Pond

My boyfriend and I had a beautiful time at the Beaver Lodge. It is very romantic and private. On a clear night, you can see so many stars as you look up from camp! It's really special to have the pond in your backyard. It feels like your own secluded peninsula. We loved cooking by the fire, sketching on the dock hearing the frogs plopping into the water, and sleeping nestled together inside the spacious yurt. Brendan and Jessica thought about so many details to make sure we were cared for. They were responsive and helpful hosts. The Beaver Lodge was the perfect balance of being in nature and having our essential needs met. We felt one with the trees and as if time was given back to us. We hope to return some day!

I loved the Hippie Haven! It was such an amazing find in a quaint town with amazing host! From the drive qnd the scenery to our amazing set up. You can see how thoughtful our host set up the space intentionally. We had an amazing🌌 trip💮 here! Atmosphere and vibes are immaculate You curate a genuine space that is both intuitive and memory making!

Road tripping from northern New Hampshire and needed a place to stay, last minute request was quickly excepted by Jen with much relief. Jen's property is very nice and well maintained. The rustic post and beam cabin was cozy and comfortable, it even has a doggie door which leads out to a fenced in area. It also has a nice wood stove which came in handy on the cool and rainy evening. Jen was very friendly,communicated well and made sure all of our needs were covered. The the outdoor shower in the morning with hot and cold water was a bonus, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Will definitely be returning to this awesome space! The place has so many thoughtful touches, including everything needed to whip up a meal and a great cozy factor in the tent with the heating elements and comfortable bed. Waking up to the view and sounds of the river make this place extra charming. Even in the rain, we were still able to enjoy all the elements thanks to the expansive dining area.

This place is so great! They put SO much time and effort into the space to really make it magical. We heard the running stream all night, plenty of places to dip in and so much space! We loved our stay we fit 3 on the bed and 2 on a queen air mattress in the cabin!

I enjoyed camping out on Ryan’s remote section of woods. It lovingly situated by a peaceful stream - I listened and watched the ducks fly and land in front of the site. Enjoyed a hammock perfected positioned on the bank. Had a nice fire at night in his fire ring and listened to a Barred owl late into the night. If you need a peaceful getaway into the wild, this may be for you.

Absolutely loved the Hippie Haven! The place was perfect, it was exactly what you would want for a short getaway. The entire place is meticulously designed for comfort while also providing an outdoor feel. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for the cool spring night. Shaggy and Kendra were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive and found time during their work days to message us back if we had any questions. This place was an 11/10. Side note: The Heron restaurant in Narrowsburg was out of this world, a little pricey but the food was delicious.

We had a great weekend stay at Hippie Haven! Shaggy was a great attentive host and the property and cabin are beautiful. The sauna add on was a really special treat we enjoyed on a chilly day along with the hot tub. The waffle breakfast was another highlight !

Weekend Trip to RoundStone

Roundstone is a special place. Buckhorn cabin was cozy and clean. The outside area was well-maintained and the porta-potties were clean and a very short distance away. The land is beautiful — the pond, stream, little waterfall and evergreens were wonderful. The area felt peaceful and secluded. We took long walks, enjoyed meals at the outside picnic table and inside table, and had fires (and appreciated the convenience of being able to buy firewood on the honor system). With temps into the mid-30s at night, I was worried we’d be cold, but the space heaters kept us warm. We hope to be back soon.
