We are 300 feet off a road and are surrounded by small hamlets and villages within the park. There is so much to do in this vacation wonderland. Enjoy local breweries and vineyards during your visit. In addition, most every drive is a scenic drive and traffic is almost nonexistent except in some areas during high tourism. You will love it here! We do!
The Adirondack Park (ADK) consists of old growth forests that cover more than 100,000 acres of public land in the Park and we live in the park. The Adirondacks also includes the headwaters of five major drainage basins. Lake Champlain and the Hudson, Black, St. Lawrence and Mohawk Rivers all draw water from the Adirondack Park. Adirondack forests and wetlands filter and provide clean water for many communities in NY.

Camping is provided by and in support of the Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center, a 501 3C non-profit company. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest, the Outdoor Center provides access to the Blueberry Hill network of trails, the Vermont Long Trail, The Catamount Trail, and the Moosalamoo National Forest Trails.

While there is an internet connection near the buildings, it may not be available at your site. Cell service is limited at best. You can drive your car right up to your site. Sites are a good distance apart. Site 1 and the Bed in the Shed are the most private. Site two is quite open and supports trailers.
For your campfire, you can forage for wood or request "bundles" (about a dozen hunks of wood) by the morning of your arrival, and we'll have it delivered to your site. Please note, wood from outside Vermont is not permitted.
We like to keep things quiet. No generators at any time.
Step outside your tent and you'll find a wealth of hiking, biking, and running trails. As stewards of these trails, your camping fees help support the efforts of this non-profit company. Nearby, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. Trail maps are provided upon arrival, and you can also view them online on our webpage at Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center.
The Outdoor Center offers snacks and cold drinks for purchase, including our inn-made chocolate chip cookies, chips, and cold drinks. Also available on site, at the Inn across the road on mornings we are serving, may be a full breakfast, pastries, packed lunch, and coffee. Hello, welcome to Know Town located amidst the close knit hills of central Vermont and nestled in the heart of the Stony Brook watershed in the town of Stockbridge. We have just over 40 acres of diverse natural beauty to explore and bask in, which includes a beautiful stretch of the brook with multiple dunking spots, as well as a larger swimming hole. In addition to Know Town's own outdoor activities, there are plenty of hiking trails and big river swimming holes located nearby.
Currently, we offer three options for your overnight stays, as we just added The Swimming Hole site. This new site is very special and is sure to be a place that you will want to return to. Our Geodesic dome is the epitome of glamping with the comforts of home, but still integrated into the natural surroundings. Located right on the brook with a private fire pit and outdoor dining set up. There is plenty of room for games in the large field and a separate camp spot overlooking a little water fall and one of our swimming holes.
For those who enjoy car camping we have the Apple tree camp site. Located right on the brook with a big rock for sunbathing and a spacious area for tents and rooftop car campers. There are a couple of apple trees to relax in the shade under and a large picnic table and fire pit.
Know Town welcomes well mannered dogs (2 per site). We are 420 friendly and geared towards hosting those interested in arts, music, meditation, and ecology. There is virtually no light pollution which makes for optimal stargazing.
Also, it should be noted that there is currently no Wi-Fi or cell service. Please be aware that Vermont prohibits out-of-state Firewood. We sell firewood for dome and campfires, and guests are welcome to scavenge the plethora of downed dead wood on the property.

Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain.
Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe.
Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year.
The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line.
Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property.

Amazing location with panoramic views of the Vermont Green Mountain range, this property adjoins a public 9 hole golf course. Located on over 260 private and secluded acres, property also has a 2 acre pond for swimming, paddling or just relaxing.
There are several miles of maintained hiking trails meandering throughout the forest, ranging from an easy walk, to hilly and somewhat challenging. Many varieties of tent locations or places to park an RV, pop up, or car. This is considered a "Primitive camp site". There is no shower, toilet or electric available at this time, but well water can be had from our residence, via a hose spigot on the side of our home. This is our 3rd year of hosting, and due to the overwhelming popularity of having an abundance of privacy, we will continue to be only hosting one party at a time. Which means you'll get the privilege of not having to share your surroundings with anyone else! Your own private camp ground! We are hoping this all works out and intend to continuously improve amenities, activities and overall experience. We are hoping to provide an exceptional value and experience that will bring back repeat campers, that we can trust and build a rapport. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Nice grassy area with a fire pit and good for the dogs. Amish neighbors have an excellent bake stand and they were very sweet!
Lori and Ray provided endless information about the area and were willing to give any other recommendations we needed. 3 nights was not enough. We will be back!
House is in direct view of campsite which I wasn’t expecting, but it wasn’t a problem. Our privacy was respected!

Lori and Ray were friendly and kind hosts. Mrs. Lori met us when we pulled up and showed us exactly where to park and how to set up camp with our utilities. She also gave us a bunch of brochures and maps on things to do in the area to include hikes in Lake Placid and surrounding mountains. The camp was gravel based and very level power was 50 amp with full hook up, and the scenery was beautiful and very quiet. A great camp to stay if you want to explore the mountain surrounding the town of Lewis and Elizabethtown. Again, Lori and Ray were a wealth of information and very gracious. We hope to come back someday to finish hiking some of the 46ers!

We loved our Power 1 spot for overnight camping right on Lake Champlain! Terrific view of the lake, in the middle of a working marina. Level spot where we could open our back doors to a beautiful water view. Electric plug in, water right there and the bath house with toilets and showers a 1 minute’s walk or less. We made a fire and enjoyed watching the sun set.
Seemed to be a family owned/run marina—friendly people…definitely our kind of place and we will be back. Great camp feel; we are not drawn to the “resort RV” camp world—we love a real water view w/o the games, pool, etc. There was a little cafe that seemed nice but we didn’t partake—seemed perfect for morning coffee.
We will definitely be back! 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Lori and Ray’s Adirondack Magic site! Lori and Ray are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Lori was quick to respond to every question and provided clear, accurate directions that made finding the campsite easy.
When we arrived, both Lori and Ray greeted us personally and even helped guide our camper into the perfect spot, which was greatly appreciated.
The location is excellent—close to Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, and Lake Champlain, making it a convenient home base for exploring the Adirondacks. If you’re looking for a peaceful campsite with outstanding hosts and easy access to the area’s top attractions, we highly recommend .

Lori’s property is beautiful! Lori came out and greeted us, explained how everything worked and lent us a 30 to 50 amp converter because we didn’t have one. Close and convenient to hiking, mountain biking as well as multiple Adirondack towns for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL LOCATION, GREAT SITE AND TERRIFIC HOSTS! Lori and Ray were very welcoming and provided us with much information about the area and things to do. Their campsite is in an ideal location near Lake Placid and lots of trails nearby. The site is easy to get in to, lots of room, and level. Amish goods for purchase across the street are an added benefit. We would highly recommend to fellow campers.
