Dry RV Campsite Along Stony Brook Pristine Stony Brook and Stony Brook Road run past this one-acre RV site within the Chateauguay NoTown Conservation Area and Les Newell Wildlife Management Area, Vermont's oldest regional conservation partnership. Three miles up gravel Stony Brook Road, this site is about two miles downstream from the Appalachian Trail. The site is perfectly situated for an RV or trailer to pull through and easily turn around when ready to leave. This is a four-season Vermont outdoor wonderland. All kinds of wildlife are running, flying, swimming, and hanging around. Near hiking and ATV trails, about 30 minutes from Killington. Endless possibilities for outdoor activities. No hookups, but water from our artesian well is available with a short hike up the driveway of our adjacent property. Pet friendly but please watch your pets and clean up after them!Campsite is located along Stony Brook and Stony Brook Road in the Chateauguay NoTown Conservation Area. Chateauguay NoTown Brookside RV
Babbling brook, campfire, smell of pines, almost no light pollution at night, really hard to beat. It is on a road, but like 12 people live past this area so not many cars. The local atv club will roll by about 9 AM but that's about it.

Chateauguay NoTown Brookside RV
We enjoyed out stay in this nice campsite on a remote road. There was some SUV traffic during the weekend days. They all waved and were friendly. At night the road was very quiet and all you could here was the gentle creek and some tree frogs. i would definitely return.

Chateauguay NoTown Brookside RV
I hosted a group event at Francis's hipcamp and was very pleased with the site. It is a field along a beautiful mountain brook. It was early August and it wasn't buggy. The campsite was just as described. I met with Francis on the first day and did not see him again during my 4 day stay. The campsite is very easy to find on an improved gravel road. There is not much traffic on the road which makes it quite peaceful.

Quiet and Scenic Brook Site

Beautiful location right on the scenic brook! Felt like our own private paradise! Not much traffic driving by and those who did waved and were friendly. The brook was perfect to fall asleep to. Nice flat areas for camping and fun river bank to hang out at all day! Not too far from several other great swimming holes too! We hope to come back again soon! Really great hosts too! Very communicative and detailed description to find the site! They even let us stay an additional night! Thanks again!
