This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Yep, true. Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet (rain for 24+ hrs) you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideout. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get a bit of barking from the dogs to the east for the 1st hour. I just want to be honest and warn you.

Rock Crick Acres: The Raft

This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres.  However, with this spot you will nearly be in the water. It is super close. This is called "the raft". It's an 8x8 food covered deck (raft). If you book this, you will not only be a few feet from the water, but you will be guaranteed not to get wet as it has a cover!!!!!! If you don't care about the closeness to the water or the covered tent option, then save a few bucks and just book a regular tent site. Why is it called The Raft? Because in the wintertime the water actually goes higher than the raft which is why it's fastened to trees, so it won't float away. My elderly mother named it the raft. :) Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10. With that, you'll get firewood and kindling. You just need to bring a match, paper and an axe. Provided is a complimentary BBQ, tables, chairs. This campsite near the creek offers a serene and peaceful escape, with most visitors enjoying the sound of flowing water and the well-maintained surroundings. Scott, the host, is noted for being responsive and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. While some mention the presence of neighboring dogs, the overall sentiment remains overwhelmingly positive. A few reviews mention feeling like the spot is in someone's backyard, but the creek access and the natural beauty generally outweigh this concern.

Site 1 - Rock Crick Acres: RV Hideout
Rock Crick Acres is a little slice of Oregon heaven. The location is lovely —tucked into a quiet, green stretch of land that feels remote while still being easy to find. The creative touches, trees, babbling creek, and open skies made for the perfect retreat. Our host was warm, responsive, and helpful—offering clear directions and thoughtful communication along the way. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for campers. When we first arrived, the dogs barked to let us know they were on duty and we had our concerns that it was going to impact the stay but they quieted down once they got used to us and our dog and weren't much of an issue at all for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unplug and soak in the natural beauty of Oregon. Would absolutely come back!

Peaceful
Rock Crick Acres was a wonderful place to stay. It was extra special as we had the whole place to ourselves. The fire ring is perfect and I would highly suggest buying the firewood as it makes it very convenient. The creek is beautiful! We did the hike that the host suggested - it is just down the road from camp and it was an awesome hike on logging roads with beautiful views.

Rock Crick Acres: Tent Hideout
This is definitely a hidden gem! We loved our stay as it provided the quiet get -away we needed. The grounds are nicely kept and the view and sound of the creek is so relaxing. Scott was great to work with and quick to answer our questions. We are already planning our next trip. This was a wonderful place to stay.
