Lovely location not far from Tillmook, with easy access to the coast north and south. Very clean sites and portapotties that they maintain themselves. Varying sites, including larger and smaller as well as some more private than others. Lovely hostesses were quick to respond to questions and concerns. We had 3 great nights of camping in late spring. Plenty of space for 6 in 3 tents in our site. Huge fire rings.

100% will come back here again! First time tent camping here at powder creek and we had an amazing experience! At early morning, we saw a bunch of deer by the house rather than the camp areas. No complaints from us. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Absolutely beautiful and serene!! We stayed at site 1, which I highly recommend, it’s just a few steps from the creek. Fell asleep to just the sound of the creek each night. The hosts were very welcoming and have done a wonderful job at making the camp area so special. We have camped in many places and this is our new favorite, such a neat place! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try out the cabin they are building as well. Thank you so much for sharing your paradise with us and the great conversations.

Camping at Powder Creek is a dream! The host is very kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in site 5, I would highly recommend that site for privacy as it is tucked away on the creek at the end of the campsite. The grounds were very well cared for and you can tell that they care very much for their land and providing a safe peaceful camp experience for visitors. We even got to meet and pet Herbie the young resident buck, he’s so sweet! We will definitely be back to stay here again and I have already recommended to several people.

Though our stay on Powder Creek was only one night, we left with the hope that we could come back soon. Since we went a bit later in the season the campground was mostly empty, providing a splendid oasis. The creek is lovely to sit by and play in. The campsites are large and well maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind. I can't say enough about how wonderful this hipcamp is!

So great! Very sweet deer on the property. There are no more pigs, the pig farmer has left so the photos are cute but no pigs or pig products to purchase on property.

We had a wonderful stay! The creek was gorgeous and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. We made friends with the local deer and spotted the Milky Way as it got dark. Such a beautiful spot. We’ll definitely be back!

An incredible location, right stream-side and a large campsite. The attendants were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Even better, we collected enough apples for two apple strudels. Our best wishes to Herbie!

Absolutely loved this camping spot! Beaver pond is a gorgeous location. We expected a lot of mosquitoes throughout the entire weekend especially being next to standing water but somehow got lunch and only encountered some small flies for about 2 hours a day around dusk! The owners are very friendly and helped the last of us find our way to our spot after getting lost even though it was well after check in time!
Truly the only downside we encountered was the port-a-potty’s. The listing states they are emptied on Thursdays but on Friday they were VERY FULL and though they were clean inside they smelled atrocious and clearly had not been emptied in preparation for Labor Day weekend.

Awesome space, beautiful and serene. The hosts are nice and check in on you. The local deer are really friendly and always around, be careful with little kids running past the deer though. They think they’re playing and may run up and bump them.

This place is fantastic! The folks here really REALLY put a lot of care and effort into keeping their campground clean and they've set it up very nicely. Camp sites are large and spread out so there's plenty of space for everyone -this ain't no KOA. No showers or potable water so be prepared, and you'll have a great time. The water in the creek is super clear and would be fine for washing and even filling your shower bag. The property is big enough to provide opportunities for exploring and hiking but there also some awesome hikes nearby like the Niagara falls trail. Close enough to civilization but also definitely far enough to really feel the connection to nature. Nice picnic tables, big fire pits, most sites have a good mix of sun and shade, and none are too far from a porta potty... By the way, those porta potties are kept very clean and even have hand sanitizer dispensers. Sites 1-5 are creekside, others are bigger. All are worth a visit. Log bridge and beaver pond sites are set apart from the main campground if you like that kind of thing. Really a nice place to stay and I'll definitely be going back and bringing friends!

This gorgeous chunk of land is exactly what people have in mind when they think PNW. A grassy meadow surrounded by temperate forest, with foggy mornings and warm afternoons. Alders growing from the low swampy areas, salmon fry in the creek, and ferns and moss everywhere you look.
We were there right as the blackberries were coming into season, I counted at 4 different varieties. We fished the river and trampled all around the property and beyond.
Both the camp host and owners were incredibly kind and jovial. We felt incredibly welcome.
We had a bit of an issue with some noisy fellow campers on our second night. They went above and beyond to remedy the situation.
We will absolutely be back.

We LOVED our stay here and the hosts were so friendly. They have such a unique and beautiful property…it’s truly stunning to see. Our campsite was absolutely perfect. Very private and close to the water. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

I really appreciated being moved to a site that worked well for me & my (elderly) dog. Beautiful area, very peaceful, camping well-organized, not too far from town of Beaver & the coast. I also appreciate the nightly check in by the host to make sure I had everything I needed, thank you!
