Please note while our cabin is a premium experience on a working farm, it is still an outdoor experience that takes place deep in the woods, off the grid and in cabin built from earthy or recycled materials. It is a far cry from a typical hotel or traditional glamping.

The time and effort that Jenna has put into creating this cabin is outstanding and really makes for a special experience. Who needs power! Also, the fact that there's no cell service really means you can disconnect and just be in the moment.
We loved our little stay, especially playing records and exploring the woods and the waterfall. Being the height of summer our night was pretty toasty, but sleeping with the windows open allowed for a bit of breeze, and heading down to the Mongaup river for a dip in the morning was amazing. Would definitely visit again and do some river tubing!

What a beautiful space! Very easy communication with Jenna and her colleagues at the farm. This cabin is a perfect cross-over between camping and glamping. Manage your expectations. This is a hand-built marvel that is not weatherized, but who cares! It is a proper cabin, not the Ritz ( it is not weatherized ). You may hear a car go by once in a while - a small road isn't too far - but otherwise you're nice and secluded. Outhouse is most pristine - comes with party lights and everything. Beautiful new bench/bed right out front of the cabin is great for sitting by the fire and also laying on at night to watch the stars. The solar powered lights and sound system work well enough as long as there's been sun - keep an eye on that battery counter if you're rocking them tunes. And dear visitors please PLEASE sleeve the records properly.

Instructions from Jenna and crew were pretty easy. The area is more in the foothills of Catskills but nonetheless, close enough for day trips for hikes if you do wish to go in deeper. Plenty to do around there though - just do your research ahead of time as reception is not so good, if any. If you're there do take advantage of farm fresh eggs and/or the gravity fed, wood burning jacuzzi on the property - it is a bliss. If you're lucky you may meet the man behind all the hand-made goodness you're enjoying. Do take a tour if offered. Do bring your doggo.

They have a real passion for cabins at clearing farm that shines through this eco cabin. Even after reading dozens of views applauding the attention to detail, you will still be surprised by the well-thought-out bits of charm scattered around the place.

The whole property is practically magical. I have only dreamed of finding a plot with the sorts of water features you can find here with just a short walk. Great place to get lost in the zen of working with fire and water. I just wish it could stay a secret so I could have easy booking when it gets warmer

My husband, Michael, and I were blown away by the craftsmanship of the cabin and the touches of personality that made it feel like a home. Michael is a record collector and was spinning tunes all night on their incredible sound system.
The hospitality and kindness was above and beyond.
We arrived by traing with no car and Jenna was kind enough to offer us a ride! They also offered to pick up and delivery groceries for a small fee since we were on foot.
Jenna and Chris picked us up and we enjoyed getting to know them, their energy is positively infectious. The face masks didnt stop us from connecting over Disney and music immediately.

The cabin and site had everything we needed: Seasonings, pots and cast iron skillets, sponges, campsuds, extra blankets, towels, even a collection of camping cookbooks I stuck my nose into. It is truly off grid, with enough power for lights, the record player and sound system and to charge a phone. I have verizon and had very little service in the area as expected, but a walk to the outhouse would allow me to send and receive texts just fine.

We paid a little extra for the tiki torches and the cooler and it was so worth it. The tiki torches provided an incredible vibe and the cooler was top of the line.

The king bed was sinfully comfortable and we loved the collison of home comfort and wildnerness camping. Cooking outside with a view of endless trees and wildlife, spiders chilling on their webs, chipmunks scampering. Tending the fire for hours to fill up the hot tub was insanely rewarding, especially after a day spent splashing up and down the beautiful waterfalls only 5 minutes away.

On our 2nd day, Jenna checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We only requested some ice, beer, and charcoal (very helpful for the hot tub we found, through the pine cones nearby are great tinder) and Chris came by quickly with all of it PLUS some extra drinking water and a bottle of Chardonnay from their friends winery. We were blown away.

We danced the night away under the stars with the LED cabin lights dancing, enjoyed hiking along the roaring river and getting a yoga flow in on the little back porch.

Truly a magical reprieve in such a tumultuous time. We cannot wait to be back and hopefully share a beer with Jenna and Chris, thank you!! 🌻❤

Went for a short weekend getaway with a couple of friends and our dogs. This place was absolutely incredible! The listing is very accurate and the property manager was great. Barely any cell service (T-Mobile and AT&T) at the cabin so perfect if you're looking for a place to truly disconnect. The hot tub was awesome and the grounds are perfectly rustic. You can still hear a bit of road noise but it wasn't anything too obtrusive to our weekend. Jenna was super accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. Will definitely be booking this place again in the future!
