From NOFX to Lynyrd Skynyrd, listening to all of the albums on the record player was a dream! While we did go on an excursion to the Catskills, we could have stayed and enjoyed ourselves foreverrrr. Not only does the nature and cabin provide the most amazing backdrop for a getaway, but the Rio Dam, Hawks Nest Lookout, and Point Jarvis attractions are minutes away! Our two dogs LOVED the privacy of the spot, and we loved the outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and that bed was soooooo comfy! With the added perks of endless firewood and tiki lights, our stay on Masen's land was truly magical! Thank you for taking such good care of us!!

4 nights at Woodstock Cottage

The carriage house was great, and exactly as advertised! The location was perfect for getting out into the woods and for going into Woodstock or Kingston. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Weekend Trip to Burr Oaks Forest secluded campsites

Place was phenomenal. A Frame shelter was a great place to stay. You can fit 2 adults and 1 child inside, with room for your packs. Michael was a great host, and his property was beautiful. Pit bathrooms and outdoor showers were extremely clean and very well taken care of. The site is also a few minutes of driving to a bunch of different trails in the area.

We were lucky enough to be the first official visitors to Joanna’s new cabin! Great campgrounds, well maintained. Loved the outdoor shower and the cabin was very comfortable. Joanna is a great host and very responsive. The location is wonderful. We look forward to coming back!

5 nights at Queen's Cabin

The Queen’s Cabin was a perfect place for my German Shepherd and I to spend the week! It is an absolute gem of a spot located in the quiet and peaceful woods outside the Catskills and it’s outfitted with an amazing kitchen, wood stove, firm, yet comfortable mattress, and a bathroom complete with heated floors (!!!), flush toilet, and shower. Being the attentive dog owner I am, I was most concerned with the fencing along the perimeter. There is a trail along the whole perimeter (easily visible and walkable now in the Spring) and the heavy grade black plastic fencing is strung tightly and sturdily and is about 6 ft high. The bottom 2.5’ are reinforced with chicken wire. You can tell how much care the owners put into making this a wonderful dog-friendly retreat, especially for those of us who currently don’t have a yard for our furry friends to roam! The gate is also sturdy and did its job keeping my dog in while keeping out a black bear we saw on our third night! We loved romping in the wooded parts of the property, playing in the grassy parts, sitting on the deck under the string lights, and snuggling up under the many blankets inside, watching the fire in the stove and listening to the rain fall on the roof. This little cabin has easily become one of my “happy places” and I can’t wait for my dog and I to return (which may be challenging since they appear to be booked solid the next six months!). My dog and I can’t recommend this cabin enough!

Weekend Trip to The Record Room

My partner and I came to the Record Room to celebrate my graduation and our 2 year anniversary and we never wanted to leave. Masen and his family have created a very special place. We listened to music nonstop, poked around the surrounding woods, and soaked in the wood fire hot tub. It was truly the perfect place to celebrate and unplug for the weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful spot in the Catskills over the weekend. The place was spotless, stylish, and felt like a boutique hotel with a luxurious bed and spa-like bathroom. The fenced-in outdoor area was perfect for our dog to safely roam, and the spacious deck was ideal for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape with all the comforts of home—and more!

Caitlin was a welcoming host and we appreciated all the hospitality she provided from sharing local spots to visit to a peak into her rad ceramic studio. Got to spend time relaxing by a campfire and listening to all the nearby birds. When it was rainy we hung out in the romantic cabin. Definitely recommend it!

The cabin was very cozy well-made and interesting to look at. The record collection included a lot of classic rock, classical jazz all the way to modern hip-hop. The wood powered hot tub took a little bit to get going, but was a highlight. There’s plenty of beautiful sites nearby to see but the land it’s on was so beautiful. There was really no need to leave. Only con for me was no shower but we were able to wash up using the water from the hot tub (which is drained and refilled for each guest)

This was by far the best camping trip I have been on. I’ve done it all from backpacking to glamping and this was perfectly in the middle. A perfect spot for my 16 month olds first trip to the woods. The cabin and surrounding spaces were so beautiful and all the details were mind blowing. You can tell it is all hand built. The kitchen was such a great touch and my favorite part. It is nicely secluded and the hosts were so friendly. We actually wish we saw them more because they were so awesome! We got in on a chilly rainy day and Masen had the fire inside and the tub filled and warming up for us already. Very thoughtful and caring about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for more honestly. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality Raymonds.

I cannot recommend Caitlin’s incredibly cottage enough. My girlfriend (now fiancé) stayed here after our engagement and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Gorgeous, romantic and so incredibly peaceful, the cottage is impeccably decorated and so so cozy. There is a beautiful fireplace that keeps the whole cottage warm, and the record player was a really nice touch too. The shower and outhouse were clean and well maintained. I’d recommend this spot to anyone. 10/10

There are a variety of bars and restaurants located in the small town of Rock Hill, as well as our local Farmer's Market every Saturday only during the summer months. The cabin is a short trip away from the local grocery store, a five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Please respect our non-smoking policy. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the cabin. A $200 charge will be applied if you do smoke inside to cover the additional cleaning costs. No Drugs or illegal activity. No Smoking or vaping. No incense or candles. We always like our guests to know ahead of time that there is mild to moderate vehicle and foot traffic near the hiking trails during the day. As this location has become more and more popular, the individuals who come to hike, bike, fish, hunt, etc. are required to parallel park their cars on the opposite side of the road. It lends to the relaxing sounds of water with many quaint spots for you to dip your toes into, paired with a wood-fired tub that can only be explained by experience. We recently wired this vintage beauty to run on solar power and has an outhouse with a composting toilet, sink, and heated outdoor shower. Outside the cottage is a small garden, picnic table, fire pit, and chairs. Our land is mostly sloped fields that we are slowly turning into meadows full of native flowers and plants. Dog Friendly and Fully Fenced!! This rustic 600 square-foot cabin with a semi-private bedroom and a fold-out couch can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. The bathroom and kitchen both have modern amenities. There's a wood stove but also electric heat and AC and hot water. Huge sliding glass doors open up to a wrap-around porch. No TV, but Wifi. There is an electric coffee pot, a French Press and a Nespresso. It sits on 5 wooded acres and nearly a full acre of cleared land is fenced, making it safe for dogs to run off leash. The house sits within the fenced in acre so you can conveniently open the doors and let your dogs run free. There is one visible house across the street from the front of the cabin but it feels very private in the back of the house. There is a firepit. There are two outbuildings onsite that are not available for rent at this time. The cabin is 20 mins from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Mountain House, and 35 mins from Kingston, New Paltz, Gardiner, Phonecia and Woodstock. Local restaurants of note include Mill and Main, Roughcut Brewing, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, and Harana. We live in the chalet next door where we offer small group fitness classes most days of the week. Ask us for more info if you're interested.

The cabin has its own Underground water well that goes 180 ft below the ground to pump up fresh, clean, Naturally purified chemical free Spring catskill water. We have a large newly renovated Pavilion and Snack Shack. Big enough to hold many planned activities and events as well as Live Music Concerts, Weddings, Reunions, etc. Our camp store is stocked with all your needs as well as a full food menu, Fresh Pizza & Boars Head Deli. We have two playgrounds (one being brand new Spring 2024), an arcade room, a sandy beach with a swimming area and a stocked lake for fishing.
