Come relax and enjoy the amazing energy at Four Directions Retreat. We offer beautiful and shaded campsites, glamp camps, and a tiny cabin that will be sure to please. We also have an amazing outdoor stage nestled at the bottom of a natural amphitheater that is perfect for a variety of entertaining needs. When not playing corn hole, disc golf or other yard games, our friendly little goats are known for putting on a show of their own just to get loves and scratches from our guests. Let's not forget treating yourself to a wonderful woodfired sauna experience and a Pacific Northwest plunge to reset our body, mind and spirit. Our beautiful property features a healthy 45+ year old Douglas Fir forest and a spacious meadow which is stunning in the spring with wild grasses and beautiful flowers. During the summer, you can take a break from the heat and relax amongst the huge ferns, Fir, Alder and Cedar trees and enjoy a variety of delicious berries found all over the property. You may also want to stretch your legs and take a leisurely walk along some of the old logging roads or give yourself a push along a forested hiking trail. Using mostly reclaimed materials, we built a stage great for entertainment (concerts, weddings, movie nights, etc... ), a wood fired Sauna with cooling deck and cold shower, an outdoor event kitchen, and most importantly - the three composting outhouses strategically located to best accommodate our guest's basic needs. Check out our 4D Full Property Booking if you are planning an event and would like a private place to host your celebration, gathering, or concert. Caterers love the outdoor event kitchen! We are happy to answer your questions and share our experiences with large events to help with your decision making process. The 4D Tiny Cabin includes a large space with a basic camp kitchen, fire pit, picnic table and space for a few tents (depending on size) for additional family or friends. The 4D Bell Tent and the 4D Tent and Tipi Glamp Camps are large spaces nicely equipped similar to the Tiny Cabin. We also have 10 traditional camp sites that include picnic tables and fire pits that are spaced well apart to provide more privacy than you would ever get at a standard county, state or federal campground. Important to know: 1) A handful of the camp sites can accommodate up to 24 foot in length RV's and trailers pulled by a 4x4, camper vans, or trucks with campers. 2) Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about which sites would be best and why we insist on having a 4x4 pulling a trailer. 3) Also, overloaded minivans also have difficulties making it up the hill, but we can help. If that isn't enough, we are located close to many areas of interest. If you like disc golf, Trojan Park is only 8 minutes away. You can also jump in the water at a several County Parks along the mighty Columbia River which are about 10 minutes away. You can also take a dip in the picturesque Beaver Falls, a stunning 20-minute drive through the country followed by a short hike. If adventure "on the water" is more your thing, then you can always take a kayak around Scappoose Bay which is a 30-minute drive from 4D. Lastly, historic Astoria, Oregon and the Pacific Ocean is only one hour away. You can find out more interesting things about Four Directions Retreat on Facebook and TikTok.

Very cozy weekend in the cabin with a fun selection of games. Beautiful frosty hike—the trail on the property is magical. Wonderful little weekend getaway!

4D Tiny Cabin
Walking into the Tiny Cabin felt like coming home and everything we needed was there. It being October, we were the only ones at 4 Directions which was lovely for me, but not so much for my 7 year old. Listening to the rain on the roof of the cabin and playing cards was not enough to keep his little body & mind occupied. He sure lit up when he saw Kris though and we had a good time checking out all the other empty camp sites. We will be back next summer!

Group Site #4 - Huckleberry*
Four Directions does not disappoint! This was our 3rd time camping at 4D, and our first time at the Bell tent. The Bell tent was the perfect glamping situation. The site is very private and has everything you need to camp in comfort, protected from the elements. We also enjoyed saying hi to the goats and chickens, meandering through the forest and meadow, and of course, the cedar sauna!

We had an amazing music festival at this location. They even brought us great weather, the hosts were very accommodating and helped us figure out anything we needed. Definitely recommend this place for your events. It’s beautiful.

4D Stage and Amphitheater
Gorgeous Wedding Venue
We booked the entire property for our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had everyone stay for the entire weekend and it was so much fun. Kris went above and beyond helping us ahead of the wedding, answering all our questions, brainstorming ideas to make the weekend a success and even helping all day to set up and take down, way more than was expected of her. I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Before we chose to get married here, we were campers on the property which was also such a lovely experience. So much so that we decided this had to be our wedding venue. Nicole and Kris have created something really beautiful and I feel so lucky to have experienced their incredible property. We loved using the stage for yoga the morning of the wedding to start the day grounded and relaxed. While we were doing yoga Kris even lit the sauna for us to use afterwards. Such a sweet touch! We loved the ambiance around the stage and the beautiful pond right next to it where a family of ducks live. We were planning to hold our reception down in front of the stage but had to change plans last minute when we learned it was supposed to rain. Kris was so helpful and accommodating with our last minute changes. I wish we could have spent more time down by the stage because it’s so beautiful .

We stayed in the cabin for the weekend and had such a lovely time. My only wish is that we could have spent more time at the beautiful camp you have access to around the cabin but we were a little busy! I even used the cabin to get ready and take photos before the wedding ceremony. Such a peaceful and beautiful escape.
