Beautiful quiet country location in Wallowa County, Oregon between Enterprise and Joseph. Wide open view of the majestic Wallowa Mountains just a hop & skip away. Lovely sound of water flowing thru front of property. Paved road for great bicycling and walking in the countryside. Use of shaded front yard for dining & relaxing with soothing sounds of waterway. A central location to enjoy all Wallowa County has to offer!

Peaceful, solitude and beauty

First of all, Sandy, our host, is very nice and helpful. We camped in her Hip Camp field which afforded beautiful views toward the Wallowas. The encampment is right in the heart of ag country, but also very, very close to amenities in Enterprise. It was very peaceful, especially compared to the hubbub of popular organized campsites. And if you wanted to go to Joseph and Lake Wallowa, they were but six miles away, give or take. We'd definitely go back to Sandy's and this beautiful area.
