Croakers Crossing Farm
Beautiful spot, with such a friendly and welcoming host! This was our second time back at Croakers Crossing Farm, and we'll be back again. Peaceful, great views, and a good experience of a working farm.

Amazing spot!
This spot was incredible! Stunning country views from the camping spot that sits up on a bit of a hill and backs up to nice tree cover. You can pitch your tent and chairs in the shade and still see the pretty view. We loved watching the bats come out at twilight and eat all the bugs - no one ever got even one mosquito bite! Amazing and so nice. We spent multiple days sitting in our chairs in the river and wading around their private access to the Tualatin River. There are some really nice metals stairs that make getting down to the water easy. There’s a mostly clear path from camp to the river but just be mindful of some narrow spots along the electric fence. Jenna and Henry were so friendly but still gave us a lot of space to feel like we had the place to ourselves. The fact that this camp site is only about 30 minutes away from Portland but still so scenic makes it a slam dunk. Super easy and low stress to get to for a weekend. We loved this spot and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jenna and Henry!

A farm under the stars
Camping on a farm, with view of the stars and a stream to boot! It was very easy to get to and just a few minutes from town. But once there, it is like you're miles away. It is an active farm with several friendly cattle, roosters and chickens, so expect to be awakened with nature. There is cell service, if you need to stay tethered. The stream alongside the property was perfect to splash around in, but bring a lawn chair with to relax the afternoon away. The single site is very spacious and protected with trees. I would definitely return.

Croakers crossing is a dream - a quiet river, gentle cows. Excellent place for some mental space away from the city.

Great Stay!
We had a very nice experience at our first hip camp. The sight is both convenient and peaceful, with nearby shops but also a very private setting. The views are pretty and relaxing, with a beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed sitting in the river, and Jenna was both helpful and informative while explaining how her ranch works. Great time, thanks Jenna!

Solitude on an organic ranch
We loved the beautiful acreage. Jenna gave a great walking tour of the 70 acres, which was fun and interesting for our group, aged 5 to 69. We hope to return again!

Croakers Crossing Farm
We had an incredibly relaxing stay on Jenna’s farm. We were close enough to Portland that we didn’t have to deal with holiday traffic. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere with the only sounds being cows and birds. I would highly recommend it as a place to get away from crowds and just be.

Great View, Friendly Host, Peaceful
Jenna was such a great host! Very friendly and super helpful showing us where to park/camp, where we could swim in river, and providing firewood. My boys loved seeing all the animals - the cows, farm dog, even a small green frog at our campsite!

A Peaceful Sanctuary. Will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back again for sure. This regenerative farm is a peaceful sanctuary with beautiful cows, pigs, chickens, dogs, geese and more. During our visit there were super cute baby pigs and calves. We purchased a whole chicken and eggs and made a delicious breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed a nice paddle on the river. Jenna was a wonderful host and gave us a fascinating tour of the farm. We are big fans of Croakers Crossing Farm.

Croakers Crossing Farm
Croakers Crossing Farm was an amazing place to stay! Jenna was an extremely gracious host who provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including some farm fresh eggs and apples! She also took us on a tour of the farm, where we got to meet all of the pigs, miniature cows, chickens, turkeys, geese, and more. She showed us her amazing closed system garden and explained the sustainable farming practices that they implement. Our stay was quiet and relaxing and we were able to enjoy both walking around the property and sitting in the river, with a beer in our hand and our feet in the cool water. We would highly recommend Croakers Crossing as a place for anybody to stay!

If your looking to get away without driving for hours this farm is the place. Jenna and Dave were great! Brought me fresh duck eggs for breakfast and purchased a farm fresh chicken to cook up for dinner! Lots of friendly animals and a peaceful place to camp in the woods. What more could you ask?

Croakers Crossing Farm
This was an incredibly relaxing and peaceful hipcamp. The property is a fully functioning regenerative farm. The hosts, Dave and Jenna were wonderful. They gave me a full tour of space, introduced me to all the animals, and even taught me about some of the regenerative practices they're using. The campsite is located in a private thicket of trees with great views of the valley. A fire pit is provided so long as the local fire risk is low. The property backs up to the Tualatin River. This is great for fishing, a quick swim, or a lazy tube float. They also have a bathroom for use by hipcampers in the barn on the lower front of the property. If you're looking for a laid back environment to recharge the batteries, then look no further. I'd also highly recommend buying some of their free flowing honey. It's delicious. :)
