We have 5 acres of wooded land to share with our guests. It's peaceful, extremely close to Dupont State Forest, Holmes Educational Forest, and Pisgah National Forest. We're less than a mile from the truly amazing Jeter Mountain Farm. We're right in between Brevard and Hendersonville, NC, which offer amazing outdoor activities and festivals. Our property has thousands of blue ghost fireflies in late spring, which are truly magical.Our site is nestled in the center of our property, surrounded by woods. We're 5 minutes from Dupont State Forest, 15 minutes from Pisgah National Forest, downtown Brevard, and downtown Hendersonville. There is world class mountain biking, hiking, apple orchards, and breweries nearby. If you'd like some recommendations, we can definitely help. We have a trail that traverses the property that may be enjoyed at your leisure. There is a firepit and picnic table nearby, and water and electrical hookups are situated at the site. We have a playground area with slack lines, a small zip line, and swings. There is a part-time occupied residence uphill that may be in use, but the area is quite peaceful.

Tim the Host was very friendly and helpful. However the camp site was un-level and within 50 feet of a well traveled highway. Traffic noise was not what you would expect from camp site. I have a 4Runner and small 5x9 camper trailer and had much trouble turning it around. I had no T-Mobile service but Tim provided me with Wi-Fi.

Jeter Mountain Woods

This was a great place to camp with my partner, our 6 year old son, and our dog. We loved having the electric and water for convenience too. The camping area is quiet and so beautiful. Plenty of space to set up and park. There are a few swings in the woods for kids and a fire pit for cooking as well. There’s also a small trail on the property. We really liked staying here and would love to come back in the future. This spot is really convenient to Pisgah and Dupont national forests which are our favorites! We’re also very grateful for all of the helpful information the host gave us on camping with black bears. We were a bit intimidated at first, but we camped safely for several days with no issues. Beautiful, quiet, safe, and convenient place to stay.
