Come stay @ Eagle Park and enjoy mature pines and 4 acres of meadow grass and aspens with fantastic sunsets. Privately owned 4 acres in a sparsely populated/rural mountain ranchette setting. Maintained county road access and plenty of room to maneuver your RV. 50amp electric service on property. Located within 30 min drive to popular outdoor recreation areas. ✨ NEW ADVENTURES: Just south of Cripple Creek sits the town of Victor, a mining town with sprawling mountain landscapes and rolling hills. Now, one of those hills also includes "Rita, the Rock Planter" Troll created by Sculptor Thomas Dambo. Rita is made from 100% recycled wood. A short drive to the summit of Little Grouse Mountain and just a short walk from the parking area gets you up close and personal with Rita. ** and the colors are best viewed on this route! Fishing/Boating/Kayaking: Spinney Mountain & Eleven Mile Reservoirs and the gold medal waters on the Dream Stream of the South Platte River, Skagway Reservoir for no wake boats. I suggest Tumbling Trout Fly Fishing Guides for an awesome day on the South Platte River! 👍👍 Hiking/Mountain Biking: Florissant Fossil Beds, Mueller State Park, Dome Rock State Wildlife Area, Pikes Peak and the Crags just to name a few. Or stroll thru the neighborhood on foot or bike. Stargazing: Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument has been recognized for its starry night skies by the National Park Service and the International Dark Sky Association. Adventure: Drive to the top of Americas Mountain Pikes Peak @ 14,110 feet above sea level! (Not for those unaccustomed to high elevation) If you prefer a more relaxed drive, cruise the Gold Belt Scenic/Historic Byway that leads you through the Historic Mining towns of Cripple Creek and Victor. Ride the Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gage Railroad. Gold Mine tours at the historic Molly Kathleen Mine. Take in the view atop the only active gold mine in the State of Colorado. Try your luck at the local Casino's in Cripple Creek. Visit one of our unique gift shops. The city of Victor is steeped with history and amazing hiking trails around old mining head frames and beautiful countryside. Secluded and Private
We enjoyed calling this spot home while we explored the area. It is secluded and private with nature all around to enjoy. Deanna was flexible and accommodating. We hope to come back again.

Eagle Park
This has by far been my favorite stay to date. It’s a wonderful and quiet little property. My dogs, who followed the rules and listened when I called them away from property lines, had the best time sniffing and being off leash. It was private, well kept, and I enjoyed a weekend of solitude. Would absolutely stay again.

Deana's place was very nice for a few day getaway. We were looking for a quiet place to get away from the fireworks w/ my dog and Deanna's place was perfect for that. We took a little trip to Cripple Creek which is very close by as is the Florissant Fossil beds and the Wolf Sanctuary. The sight was quite level which makes life easy w/ a truck camper. The sight was mostly open w/ some trees for shade which was nice. Deanna came by to say hello and to make sure I was settled in ok which was really nice.

Deanna’s land was private as there was not a camper on the neighboring site. Deanna was an extremely kind and generous host, coming to greet us in the evening and offering to provide assistance connecting to the available electrical. Based on previous reviews we expected to see more wildlife but we had 2 dogs so that may have kept them away. The valley echoes and, while no fault of Deanna, there were some dogs in the area that barked incessantly most of the night. Luckily we were pooped and our dogs were not disturbed so we eventually fell asleep. It was the 4th of July so maybe the dogs were spooked by fireworks. Followed advice of previous reviewers and brought leveling blocks which were a necessity. Overall, it was precisely what we expected when we chose this location and would consider returning.

About 25 min south of Florissant, a lovely little spot to camp for the weekend. Quiet and peaceful. Fun rocks to climb on for the kiddos. A level spot, picnic bench, morning deer and bird feeder added to the homey feeling. Deanna was welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend.
