Nestled beneath ancient oaks, our three undeveloped sites offer a back-to-basics escape where the sky feels vast and the forest feels like home. ✨ What You’ll Love • Forest sanctuary — shady, quiet, and immersed in nature, right off the highway but far enough to feel remote. • Epic views — follow a trail that climbs up the mountain for sweeping panoramas of the Hayfork Valley. Multiple site options — • Lower Meadow — flat, oak-lined, with a seasonal creek and a small kennel for pets. • Old Oak Meadow — more secluded, intimate, framed by old oaks and valley vistas. • RV Flat Pasture — easier pull-through access, gravel level pad, a bit more sun exposure. • Pet-friendly — bring your four-legged companion (just let us know ahead of time). Important Notes • This is rough, undeveloped land — no toilets, showers, or potable water. Be fully self-contained. • No campfires allowed. • No hookups — no electricity, water, or other facilities. This site is flat and near the old oaks. There is no water access here, but there is a 10x10 kennel that may be used to accomodate pets. Please do not use the hammock as its for private residents only. In the spring & fall this meadow is green & has a small seasonal creek.

Old Oak Meadow

This is a smaller site that can accomodate a small camp trailer, or is otherwise perfect for tent camping. It has beautiful views of the old oaks at The Grove of Mystic Moon Tree & the Hayfork Valley's misty mounains. The sight feels nestled and has wonderful natural energy.

RV Flat Pasture

RV/tent site · Sleeps 4 · Vehicles under 20 ft

This site is perfect for RVs & Campers as it has easy access to pull through right to the left inside the main campground gate. Please do not hit the no climb fence when pulling in. There is also a pine stump towards the wooden gate. This site has a nice level gravel turn out, but less shade from the trees than the other sites. Its not as ideal for tent camping due to being in the sun. It still has beautiful views of the oak forest, the property's forested mountain and the hayfork valley with its misty mountains and epic skies.
