The Bunkhouse
Family Farm Fun
We absolutely loved it here at Deborah and Dave's and felt like family right away. They were so welcoming and gracious, sharing the fruit of their land, and eggs from their chickens. So delicious! Their property was well marked and fenced in, a plus for pets and kids, but with lots of room to explore. The bunkhouse was clean, comfortable, and adorable complete with Deborah's homemade soap and dried spices. Can't wait to return for a longer stay!

It was like staying with old friends. Deborah and Dave are warm inviting, and helpful folks. Their "Hobby Farm" is as really cool and interesting as it is an easy and great place to stay. If you are looking for a place anywhere in this are THIS is the place you want.

RV SITE - FULL 30 AMP HOOK-UP
Amazing Desert Getaway
Amazing location and top tier hospitality. Dave and Debrorah made my family feel welcome, their dog Tex is super cool, and I had to fix something on my truck and Dave had the tools and was more than willing to extend a helping hand.
The last day of our stay, Deborah took my daughters to her work shop and they made necklaces. Strongly recommend staying with them if you’re in the area.

Delightful place to stay. Deborah and Dave warmly welcomed us and we’re so helpful. Beautiful view out our camper window, and nice hiking options nearby. Best of all, it was “dog heaven” for our pup Otto, fenced in with his new buddies Texas and Minnie Mouse.. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Wide open spaces, friendly folks and close to the important birding areas that my husband and I enjoy visiting.
I would recommend this HipCamp to anyone looking for a quiet and serene place to stay.

Coolest place. Coolest people.
Awesome location. Awesome amenities. Awesome people. As advertised but even better. This was our first Hipcamp experience and it could not have been better. Close to great hiking, tombstone and bisbee for day trips. Very clean and well cared for. We recommended to a friend and he shared our opinion. We would certainly stay here again.

The greatest experience I have had yet! I would definitely recommend the Greenhouse Trolley Hobby Farm for rest, relaxation, and communing with some very good people! I will be staying here a bit longer and again in the future I am sure of it!

RV SITE - FULL 30 AMP HOOK-UP
Mixed thoughts
Deborah, Dave, and the mountain views were outstanding. Loved having free access to the laundry and firewood and wifi, and even farm fresh eggs. But going in, I didn’t feel I had the complete picture. Three weeks after the insurrection at the US Capitol, the Don’t Tread on Me flag flying at the entrance made me uncomfortable. The unmaintained washboard roads that cannot be avoided slowed us to no more than 7 mph in our class B RV as we came and went on our daily excursions. The full hook-up site which we occupied backs up to the carport and is in plain view of all the projects Dave has going on in his adjacent mechanical shop - at the time we were there included a large fire truck. I would recommend it with reservations, depending on what the guest is looking for.

Deborah & Dave are both lovely hosts. Nice property to stay on - my tent had a perfect spot for see the sunrise - and I felt safe while camping solo. Having a shower and toilet is a nice bonus!

Dave and Deborah are incredible hosts. They were kind, helpful and even shared eggs from their chickens. Being able to do laundry there was a blessing. We loved them!

Wonderful Stay
We can’t say enough good things about our hosts and our stay! First, the property was beautiful and offered enough privacy to be very relaxing. Beautiful views and fenced for the enjoyment of our dogs which made us happy as well. Our hosts were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, even sharing some of their farm produce with us! And when we were driving away Deborah noticed that one of our break lights was out and Dave chased us down to tell us and helped us change it! They loved our dogs and the feeling was mutual! They have a very sweet big dog who is friendly and 2 other guests had dogs as well and they all got along. We had full rv hookups and everything worked great. One thing I would recommend if you are a light sleeper is to bring earplugs as there is a dog grooming/boarding facility nearby and I did hear some faint barking late at night- but not the whole night. But like I said, I’m a very light sleeper and always have earplugs on hand. There is also a rooster on the property but we found his crowing charming and it didn’t bother us. We look forward to staying again soon!

Peaceful camping
Great find! Very nice location. So peaceful. The hosts were wonderful and made me feel right at home. The outdoor shower was enclosed with a rustic feel as well as private. The enclosed area was great to allow my dog free range to run after the bunnies. She never caught any, but oh what she had with the chase.

Truly awesome place, great people!
Deborah and Dave were AMAZING!! We were originally just looking for somewhere easy to lay low for a weekend but we never could have anticipated how awesome it would be here! The property is serene and super close to all of the SE AZ major spots (Bisbee, Tombstone, Kartchner) and they are so kind to offer all of the amenities you’d ever ask for. We were able to enjoy quiet time on our own and have some great conversations with them. Dave showed us around the area and Deborah showed all the cool things they do there. There’s a great fire pit area to hang out at and plenty of open space to set up camp. Can’t say enough good things and definitely recommend, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at The Greenhouse Trolley Hobby farm. Deborah and Dave were very welcoming and friendly. Our kids could not get enough of Deborah - she made jewelry with my 3 year old and a wooden name sign with my 8 year old. They picked vegetables from Deborah’s neat little garden and fresh eggs from the chicken coup. My kids did not want to leave !
The site is well kept, has a clean shower and restroom area, washer & dryer, sink, electrical outlets - very convenient place to camp ! They also have a really nice little patio / camp fire area where you can hangout and chill.
We hiked at Miller Canyon along the creek on Dave’s recommendation and was a decent hike with kids. Dave also makes a lot of stuff - we bought a really cool looking table lamp that he made out of pipes and gauges !!
Overall we had amazing two days. Was really nice to meet two wonderful people and definitely would love to go back !

The Bunkhouse
Quiet, quaint and friendly
Wow.....did Deborah and Dave plan the STUNNING sunset for us as we drove in!?!? If coming from the East definitely take the scenic route suggested by Deborah. And if you have little ones, our 8-year-old LOVED the rooster, chickens and resident pooch!! Perfect for an extended stay or one-nighter. They even were kind enough to provide an inflatable mattress for our little one! DEFINITE repeat stay soon for us.

Comfortable camping, great hosts
Great spot for camping central to many Arizona destinations including Tombstone, Bisbee, Coronado National Monument, Ft Huachuca, Sierra Vista, and more.
Great facilities on the campsite, the hosts are lovely people that have developed a little slice of paradise in the high desert seeped in authentic local culture. We camped with our kids and had a great connection, it was a lot of fun. Deborah's studio and garden are stunning. It seems Dave can build anything out of local found objects in his custom garage that looks more like an airplane hanger.

We LOVED staying at The Greenhouse Trolley Hobby Farm during our big road trip!!
Both Deborah and Dave are amazing, genuinely nice people who made us feel really comfortable and most welcomed. They were both generous and we really enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. Deborah also makes really nice organic loofah soaps with lavender!
My boyfriend and I set up our tent next to their house under a tree and stayed for 2 nights. There was a bathroom for us with a really good shower which was very very clean and with hot water. The farm was fun with a cute garden, chickens, amazing sunsets... and we saw 5 bunnies around the property. 😊 This place is definitely a great hidden gem and we hope to be back again in the not too distant future. Montezuma Pass and Coronado National Monument were about 15 mins away.

Welcoming & Lovingly Designed Space
Debra and Dave have a little fantasy farm going on: metalwork garage, gated 4 acres, lovingly designed raised beds, views in every direction, lots of hike options, birds and friendly dog to wake you up, laundry and full hookup. I was able to explore, work (two bars on AT&T plus occasional access to a local network), and drop in on D&D to see what they were up to as they puttered about. Their love for live and their land were inspiring. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Deborah and Dave’s Green Trolley Hobby Farm exceeded our expectations in every way. They have everything covered from water, electric, washer and dryer, picnic table and a secure dog fence around their whole property.
Perfect location in a peaceful, private, rural setting. Within 30 minutes drive you can explore Bisbee, Tombstone, Coronado National Monument, Sierra Vista and so much more.
Deborah and Dave are some of the most interesting, thoughtful and generous humans we have met along our journey. We can’t wait to return!!
