Healing Hearts Ranch was started to inspire hope and healing through partnership with horses. Equine Assisted Learning sessions are available by contacting your host for more information. The ranch is 23 acres partially wooded with a nature trail and open fenced paddocks and fields. We have a herd of horses on the property and offer Equine Assisted Learning and riding lessons onsite. Tent site is in wooded area at back of property, porta potty by the barn available. Water from spigot by tent site. Guests love it here: "What a nice surprise! I was not sure what to expect staying on a horse ranch, but it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Kristy was an awesome host and there was one other group up by the rv pad, but we hardly saw them. Dogs were very friendly and Kristy let us use a propane fire-pit to provide warmth and a fire for our tent site. The bathrooms were clean and there was some water by our site, but we did not use it. The camp, for the tent site… we arrived and she drove us all over her property and told us to just choose where we wanted to camp. We chose to stay in back of the horse area. While we could see the house from there, we didn’t care and if you want to move back in the woods further, there are spots back there too that would provide more privacy if you need that. This is a great site and a one of a kind experience being that close to the horses."

Jacob’s spot is very beautifully setup. Gracious and kind hosts. Nice grassy area and a creek across the street. Note for dog owners - the area is not fenced and there is a vehicle traveled road that is accessible by dogs. We have young and energetic goldens so it just wasn’t the best fit for us but I think it’s a wonderful spot for most.

I enjoyed my time at healing hands Ranch, although it was too short! Found a peaceful place to pull my van behind the horse paddocks and enjoyed hearing them while I slept. Very low level traffic noise and felt extremely safe and private. It was very special to get to pet the horses and Kristy was generous with sharing her dahlias from her beautiful garden. I hope to stay there again when I drive through in the future!

Witt's End is a well maintained and beautifully landscaped piece of property, that you get all to yourself!! And as a bonus...there is a private creek area to enjoy just across the street. My husband and I really felt blessed to spend a few days there relaxing, playing games, or just sitting and watching the creek run by. We highly recommend it and hope to enjoy it again in the future. We were greeted warmly by his parents Rob & Tricia. Tricia is real warrior; she gives me hope and I wish her an abundance of future health and happiness! And although we did not get to meet. The kids were completely enamored with the horses—gentle, beautiful animals that made the experience unforgettable for them. Perfect for us. Very attentive host. Water and clean toilet. She helped us get a cord to plug in our campervan frig. It is not totally private, in that the site is sort of in the yard, a little ways from the house and barn. But definitely good enough. Very quiet. Great place if you like horses. Good hike in nature in back of property. The dogs were a little challenging. But generally loved this hipcamp and the host. Would like to come again. And relatively close to Olympia. Highly recommend it!
