Rubber boots (maybe some waders, depending on the winter) are recommended for the hike to the beach during the winter months (November-May) as you will have a small trek through seasonal wet lands. You may also access the beach/ocean by vehicle just a few minutes away in town.  You will be located between the Quinault Casino and the City of Ocean Shores where you can enjoy all the wonderful activities there is to offer.  If kayaking, canoeing or paddle boarding is what you are seeking, many are unaware of the 23 miles of scenic canals in the City of Ocean Shores.  You may also fish for bass, rainbow trout, yellow perch and bluegill sunfish in these waterways.   I hear there are a couple little Islands to explore as well.  What a hidden treasure! There are three launch sites available we can give if needed.  And if you left something at home, sitting there thinking he was going to grab it (haha) no worries, you more than likely can grab it in town. The Ace hardware is amazing!  There is an Arcade, golf, miniature golf, go carts, water go carts, bowling, horseback rentals (seasonal) for the beach, electric bike rentals, scooter rentals and so many more activities for you to enjoy.  A wonderful place where memories are made.

A quick 5 min walk to the public access bridge to cross Conner's Creek, this is a private campsite for your next beach retreat. Located in Copalis Beach WA, you are close to Griffith Priday state park and natural area and a general store right down the road for all your needs while you're away from home. Pacific Beach and Ocean Shores are just 15 min away but you will feel like you are in a much more secluded setting. Use this as a basecamp to explore some of the rain forests up north or use it as a premier clamming destination. The site has a gravel driveway that is aprox 75' long and 14-16' wide. You can hike through our beautiful forests or take a stroll along our gorgeous beaches. There are many beaches within a short driving distance from our location, and you can take your pick of sandy shores or a little rockier shore. Plan a picnic as you watch the beautiful sunset after a day of combing the beach of all its little treasures, Seashells, rocks, and Sea-glass. Dine in at any of our local restaurants. You can take your pick, we have lots to choose from. The Hoh Rainforest is also just a short drive from our location along with many lakes and rivers. The city of Forks is located approximately 6 miles from our location. You can find a place to supply all your needs from our local grocery store " Forks Outfitters", to our pharmacy / gift store. We also have 'Native to Twilight' for all our Twilight fans, the Sasquatch and many more little shops, and restaurants. Forks is a very unique town with a population just under four thousand. This place is amazing, anytime of year! Always perfectly clean when we arrive, well maintained gravel, easy to open and close entry gates, large garbage dumpster area for disposal upon leaving. The view from site 5 is our favorite! Everything out this HipCamp is outstanding. This trip, we were the only ones here! Our 2 dogs were in Heaven! The stretch of private beach all to themselves! And we even had December blue skies! Pouring, sideways rain and hail too, but hey, that makes a 🌈, right? Thank you, Shelby, for your wonderful management of this property, and to the owners who continue to make it available to people like us! We have dibs if you ever decide to sell! lol 😉

Weekend Trip to Echoes Of The Sea

This is an RV/tent campsite. It’s not vineyards or private but it’s well stocked and maintained. We were long overdue for a shower and the bathrooms were super clean and appreciated. The women’s even offers a hair dryer. You can hook up to power for your RV and they have hoses and sinks for cleaning up. No potable water that we could find though. It’s located just behind a motel and is a very close drive to the beach. With nice ocean sounds. Echoes of the sea is an appropriate name. Would recommend as a great reset spot or for someone who wants to spend their day at the beach.

Great spot! We stayed at site #1 and it was lovely. Such a beautiful view. Fire pit and ample space for cooking on our camp stove. Did the beach walk the next morning and loved the flat rocks all over, great for skipping :) wish we could’ve stayed another day

Stayed there for a clam dig. The site is right on a beach approach so easy access. I was worried the close by road would have been noisy but it was very quiet. Nice big sites and they have a clam cleaning station on site.

We are new to camping and it was reassuring to have a bathroom and such a kind host on the property in case we needed anything.
