Our property is a wooded 10 acre lot with a large open camp area and grass field for group camp. Located just a short walk from Copalis beach. The driveway and parking pad supports multiple vehicles and grass area supports multiple tents. There's a fire pit and portapotty on site. The lot is 350 ft wide with privacy from neighbors. We have security cameras for when the property is vacant, they are turned off when guests are staying.Camp in your RV or tent wherever you wish, large grass area for tents, single group camp welcome. No amenities except for a large open secluded property. Large old trees and woods to explore as you wish. There's a stream at the back corner of the lot, plenty of wildlife but no hunting is allowed. Copalis Beach is just a short walk away and takes about 10 minutes. Fire pit is available to be used and you can enjoy badminton, football, soccer and other fun activities in the grassy area. Buildings on site are locked and for owner use. Swivel swing in picture is not left out and not available. There is however a hanging bench swing that is available for use. Small RV’s can be driven or towed up the driveway. I take my 23 ft trailer up without a problem, just make sure to stay in the center of the driveway on the way up! Once at the top there is room to turn around.

We loved our stay here. It is the perfect camp site to stay close to the ocean. Its beautifilly secluded from the road, very well maintined and clean. Has its private portopotty, fire pit and more. Very enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks Jason!

Great spot! Easy to find and very private feeling. The porta potty was nice to have and one of the cleanest I’ve seen! Even though it was right off the main drag, you still feel like you’re camping out in the woods.

Great campground and very clean property. 12 of us had plenty of space for tents and vehicles. Jason mowed the lawn and emptied the port a potty before our weekend stay. Highly recommend! And will plan on staying there again.

Jason’s land is such a fun spot to set up camp! The fire ring was huge and made for a great evening bonfire. We got a bundle of wood for a great deal at the little market store nearby. The porta-potty was impressively clean. The area is easy to get to but very quiet! Would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful property! We brought our trailer and our friends brought their tent and had plenty of room. The walk down to the beach was nice and not too long. The tavern and grocery store were convenient and close. We will definitely be back

Lots of space for a big group. Even though I booked for 6, there were only three of us. Me, my daughter & her boyfriend, and I did the last night solo, so there was more than enough space for us. Jason was very communicative and friendly in our text conversations. The location is close to Copalis beach and a 10-minute drive to Ocean Shores. As an experienced camper, I am always prepared with various mosquito repellents, but nothing prepared me for the consistent, swarms of mosquitoes here at the time we were here (1st week in June). They ate us alive! Even my pups had swarms on them. Even worse at the fire pit location. Nothing the property owner can do.

A secluded roomy camping area all to yourself, nestled in the trees on a hill above the highway. Road noise was noticeable but mostly dropped off by mid-evening. The beach, a well-equipped little grocery store, and pub are all within walking distance. Would recommend!

Great campground, in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. We had tents, lots of room and the ground was soft. There is a portapotty which was clean and stocked for our arrival. There isn't a picnic table so be sure to bring your own table. The host was friendly and responsive.

What a wonderful spot! Completely secluded and private. Walking distance to beach access. The cleanest portapotty I’ve ever seen! I could hear the waves crashing all night! You are surrounded by woods so my dogs had a blast! The fire pit was large and the fire wood was easily accessible! My kids came up to day camp and go to the beach on Saturday! We had plenty of room for wiffle ball and badminton! 🏸 A little road noise during the day but after about 5-6 pm I didn’t hear anything except the ocean!

This camping site was the perfect getaway. Lots of green grass, surrounded by trees, a beautiful forest to walk around in, I read a book in the moss and saw a woodpecker. The bonfire was amazing at night while able to get a clear view of the sky, moon and stars. You can hear the ocean from the site. A very peaceful place. Very clean and beautiful, please help keep it that way. 💚

Wonderful location with plenty of space for several tents and vehicles! We have a group of 5 with 4 cars, one overlander, and we had plenty of room with space to spare. Definitely will rent this space again next time we are on the cost. Close to ocean shores. Enjoyed a fire on the beach. Great spot!

I’m certain we lucked out to be the only family at Jason’s, but it was a wonderful get away! We enjoyed the little jont to the ocean. The open field area for games, and fire pit that’s ticked away. Being surrounded by 10 acres of heavily forested woods for privacy but with trails…. That we only saw- didn’t explore this trip. We learned we ought to take min 5 gal water per day and the portapotty was immaculate- seriously. Fun get away.👍

My group had a great experience at this campsite. It was exciting to be the one of the first groups to use it. While we had some initial challenge accessing the site, communication with the owners was quick and easy. Definitely will recommend coming back out here for our groups in the future!

The spot is perfect for a group but even more enjoyable as an individual. There was plenty of open space, great woodland to explore, a well structured fire ring, and great seclusion. I’d highly recommend this site!
