We loved this place! We feel so lucky that it was available last minute. It was very spacious. The dog run was great. It was very close to the beach (kiddos could ride their bikes while we followed on foot). It was a quiet street. We are already planning our return!
The only thing to be aware of is wasps. Iâm not sure if there is a recent nest or if this is a common thing here. Bring wasp traps and, if possible, a shade that zips. Iâm allergic and was stung on my neck while getting my kid out of the car. I was wearing black, no perfume, and hadnât been eating. So they are pretty aggressive. The nearest open medical clinic on a Saturday afternoon is Aberdeen.

Great location, close to town but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Perfect property for a group or family event. Grandkids had fun on the swing set and riding their bikes without ever needing to leave the property. Tons of room!
Close enough to the beach to be able to hear the surf with the windows open in our trailer at night.

This was the perfect place for a family get together. I loved how safe it was for my children and dogs. Plenty of room to run and play. Walking distance to the beach and super close to town. We will definitely be back to make more memories at Camp Kraken!

This place is amazing! We had such a lovely peaceful time! Pepper loved running in the grass even more than the beach! Loved that we could walk to the beach, even saw a deer along the walk! Beautiful place, well thought out, definitely would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jennâs property! The grass was green and luscious and the kids loved running around and playing on the swing set. The dog run was perfect for our pets, and the outhouse was cleaned before we got there and itâs decorated so cute! Sadly there was a fire ban, so no bonfire but we fully enjoyed our tent camping weekend.
Jenn was very helpful when we had a small issue and everything was resolved very quickly.
We will def be going back!! Thanks for having us.

Our family had a wonderful time at Kamp Kraken. The beach was a short walk or drive from the camp. The space was large and provided for lots of running around for the kids and dog. Easy access for our camper with electric and water to hook into. There is a nice outhouse and sink located on the property as well. I would definitely recommend.

This site was perfect distance from the beach for our stay. Camping in Ocean Shores for 4th of July, we were looking for a place close by, but away from the action. We were close enough to run back to camp for bathroom breaks and avoided the long lines at the public beach restrooms. This space is on a quite dead end road. We saw one neighbor walking their dog the entire busy weekend. The padlocked gates made me feel secure in leaving our belongings while playing on the beach. The site was great for tents with soft grass and no roots or rocks on the ground. Outhouse was clean and well stocked with tp. Access to power and water was convenient. I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp.

Perfect place for our Fatherâs Day weekend! Tons of room for the kids to run around.
Easy parking with lotâs of room for trucks and trailers.
Big fire pit to fit everyone around it.
The neighbors werenât loud and all the bushes along the fence allowed for privacy on the lot.
Make sure to bring your bug spray. Most places here come with a lot of mosquitos.
Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions we had and very friendly.
I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I loved camping on Jenniferâs land. It was bigger than we expected and very private. We had power and water and a wonderful fire pit. It had a dog run for our dogs and even had a swingset play area that we could bring our grandkids to play on. I would definitely come back.

This place was perfect! We had our doggos and were able to fit ourâ 5th wheel and truck, no problem. Lots of space, well maintained, great location. The camp host is fantastic and easy to reach if you have any questions. We will definitely be back.

Great site but mostly designed for rv instead of a tent. Power hookup was across the yard from where the outhouse and fireplace were, and had kids and an older lady with her dog walk right through the property. On the plus, it was a great centralized location for ocean shores. Heard a bat flutter by one evening and saw a deer just down the road as well.

Canât recommend this property enough! We had such an AMAZING time camping with our family. GREAT spot for a group or just a couple wanting to get away. The kids really enjoyed the playground & they even have a baby swing for littles if needed. The big yard was perfect for throwing a football, kicking a soccer ball or just a good olâ game of tag or hide & seek at night. There is also a fenced dog run if needed. Kamp Kraken is just minutes from the beach on a dead end road. Very peaceful! There is power & water available for your trailer. The fire pit was incredible! Already has several benches around it for sitting and the host even had firewood for us. Donât have a trailer, no worries this place was perfect for tent camping as well. There is an outhouse and a giant sink for washing up after a day at the beach. The host was very fast at responding to questions and super sweet to let us keep our trailers parked there a little past check out for one last visit to the beach before heading home.

Great spot to camp and close to everything! Itâs a big open yard/field with a nice sink and area to set up your kitchen. Cute little swing set and loads of room to roam around. Feels separate from neighbors and at the end of a culdesac but not private exactly. Though, we never saw any neighbors. We loved the huge fire pit!

Nice lot close to town with power and water in a quiet neighborhood Great for our travel trailer . Rented scooters in town and ran around town ride back to camp for lunch and put on scooters again ! Deer in area and many birds .

We came for the clean and free convention in town but love to take our camper out! This was absolutely perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to be in heaven! The outhouse was as cute as can be and very thoughtful. Our pup absolutely enjoyed having the space on his long leash to roam (as the property is not fully faced in) around. The firepit WOW! It was huge and the privacy was perfect. This is definitely my favorite spot. Thank you for allowing us to to enjoy your property!

Nice spot for our 31â RV. Water and power hookups (no 30 amp service, bring an adapter), nice big fire pit with woodshed. About ten minute walk to Copalis beach. Big yard with a play area for the kiddos. Friendly hosts and neighbors.
