Guests have the option to add on the Sauna package and enjoy our wood fired river view barrel sauna! No better feeling than to take a cold plunge in the river after a sauna:) On weekends we run our riverside wood burning hot tub as well included in the sauna/ hot tub package!
All tent sites are riverside and feature mostly level tentpads and riverside fire pits! Some with room for multiple tents.
While some sites are close in proximity, the sound of the river over powers most normal conversations just a few feet away and each site has a great stretch of river heaven!
Drive in vehicle camping sites feature river views but are perched higher on the bank and while not directly riverside, are just feet away from the river! The property has communal river access points.
All campers have access to our communal kitchen area as well featuring propane grill! Please bring your own cookware.
Restroom facilities are well maintained portable toilets.
We have limited extra parking onsite depending on reservations on a given night, available for $20/ night per vehicle. Otherwise there are some other spots available at lots in the general area.

We are located on a very private property (the only houses you will see are across the inlet) surrounded by nature but only about 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and 5 minutes from I-5 and Lacey.
The property is situated on the very south end of Henderson Inlet. We are on the tide flats so twice a day (at high tide) we have the opportunity to explore on the water in canoes and kayaks. The property is spread over 16 acres and is comprised of two large fields (one in front of our home and the other is a smaller meadow off to the side (hidden meadow) and forest land. There is tons of space for playing, exploring and tiring out your kids and pups!
Wildlife is abound with eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, shore birds and a variety of forest birds make this place their home. We are also frequented by the local deer who wonder through and say hi.
About the campground:
The campground is located in the far northeast corner of the property on the edge of the forest and meadow. In the common areas you will find the porta potty, shower and sink. There is also a supply closet that has the yard games and extra supplies. There is a hot tub situated right on the edge of the forest with peek-a-boo views of the inlet. You will also find garbage and recycling bins.
There are trails throughout the forest along the 600 feet of water (tide) front. Along the trails you will find several different benches, seats and swings to relax and enjoy nature from. There are also fairies and gnomes who have been sighted in the forest. If you look closely, you might spot one too! We ware, if you touch a fairy or gnome they do lose their magical powers so please respect the mystical creatures. 😊
The sites are about 500 feet from our house and offer great privacy. You may see us throughout the day and evening coming and going from the campground, working on the property or playing with the kids on the trails!

This is a 24 acre farm with about 3,500' of frontage on the Entiat River. The land's history has included use as pasture, orchards, and flower farm. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm.
The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as lumber / telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive.
The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy 25+ year project to bring it back into full production. Currently, the land is undergoing Firewise work to clear it of fallen and dead trees along with undergrowth. Knowing fires sweep this canyon regularly, the goal is to minimize fuel and support the chance old growth trees will survive and provide maximum summer shade for returning salmon.
During the 2026 grazing season, the NE pasture of 5 acres along the river has 9 Katahdin Sheep. In Spring 2026, 2 bison were added into the SE pasture of 7 acres that climbs the mountain along the west border. Additional bison plan to be added later in the year along with a herd of larger meat type goats.
The current Caretaker has identified over 100 native species on the property of all types. These include eagles, osprey, red tail hawks, killdeer, owls, blue jays, chickadees, beaver, martin, American Dippers, blue herons, waterfowl, bats, mushrooms, deer, elk, cougar, bear, coyotes, bobcats, and a variety of other interesting birds and bugs abound.
The entire farm is very private with very little traffic if any. You may see the caretaker out and about with a helper, but that’s about it. Any of the sites that you select will typically be very private unless you pick one around the tractor shop.

Coffee Creek is an intentional community and working farm on the north side of Centralia, Washington. While our 11 acres feels very secluded, we are just 3 miles from historic downtown and 10 minutes from the freeway and shopping. An accessible oasis!
There is a park with swimming, fishing and hiking along the Skookumchuck river within a mile of the farm, in addition to the natural beauty found right here at home. We enjoy bird watching, exploring our forest, and relaxing around a fire when we aren't working on the farm.
Seasonal Strawberries and pastured poultry are our specialties, and we offer a wide variety of veggies and fruits. Farm fresh eggs are almost always available and we have organic meats to purchase and grill.

1 night at River View Dome - Goode Time Ranch
Wow - this place is absolutely amazing. I wish we had been able to stay longer. The dome is huge and fully decked out with every amenity you could ever need. It was me + two 13 year old girls and we had loads of space. The sunset view over the river was spectacular! And the animals were so friendly and sweet. Kelly left us goat and chicken food so the girls got to feed them all and were over the moon about that. My daughter teared up a bit when she had to say goodbye to Boone the border collie. ◡̈ And to top it off, Kelly hand-delivered delicious homemade breakfasts for us in the morning. The girls officially declared this stay was better than any fancy hotel they’d ever been in. Thank you Kelly!

Hidden Meadows was fantastic! We have been to several Hipcamps over the years and this is definitely one of our top favorites! Firstly, the owners are wonderful people who are friendly, gracious and clearly care about their property and guests. The sites are huge and still private given it’s a multi-site property. The huge open field between sites was great to spread out or let our dog run free occasionally. We love camp sites with grass as well because they tend to feel cleaner. Each site has a picnic table and lantern which is a nice touch. The shared amenities included extremely clean and consistently maintained outhouses. We appreciated that there were also several of them so you never had to feel rushed or wait in line. There was a fabulous outdoor shower that got really hot and vanity mirror and sink area. The hosts also had a supply closet with all kinds of things campers might need or want like fire starters, bug repellent, more tiki torches and fuel and all kinds of fun yard games…and more! Ample firewood was also available for a reasonable fee. We are usually well stocked with things, but the effort they’ve gone to to anticipate needs and provide extras was well noted. There was a small blow up outdoor hot tub that looked nice-we just never used it since we have one at home. Walking trails were a bit limited. Bugs weren’t too bad except near the water it seemed boggy. T-Mobile service worked great there. We plan to visit again in the future and highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Ascent Basecamp
My family and I rented both floors of the cabin (Over the River and Through the Woods) over the 4th of July weekend. We are not big outdoor campers, so this was an incredible and unforgettable experience for us.
The site was clean and well-maintained. You receive a key to access the bath house, which is shared with the other lodgers. We appreciated that Mark informed when the other party arrived. (P.S. turn off the water when shampooing/washing to maintain hot water and conserve energy!)
Mark was communicative both before and throughout our stay, is available on site to answer questions/provide tips about the surrounding area. My favorite part was the communal aspects offered; being one with nature while having opportunities to chat with others sharing the space.
I will never forget the rotation of: sauna, dip in river, hot tub. The window of the sauna overlooking the river alone is priceless, but with this rotation, nothing can compare. Can also 100% attest to the powerful river overpowering other campers. It was a restorative, healing trip that I would recommend to anyone and everyone - I know I'll be back!

We had a lovely time at Mokey’s adorable treehouse cabin. There’s nothing like waking up in the forest. The animals were pretty loud in the morning (some ravens were loudly yelling lol) but we found it more entertaining than intrusive. Loved the cedar hot tub! Mokey was welcoming and responsive and made everything easy. The cabin is super cute and compact—we crammed in 4 people but would recommend keeping it to 2 or 3 for maximum comfort. The compost outhouse was the cleanest and least smelly I’ve ever used. We had a fun outing to Centralia with its historic charm, and enjoyed beautiful farm fresh eggs for breakfast at the cabin while looking out at treetops. Would definitely stay here again!

Super fancy, has a spa and wash house with private bathrooms and free chairs you can take back to your campsite. You can rent tents and stuff there if you don’t have camp gear as well as buy stuff. It’s super beautiful but you can’t access the beach, you have to drive instead. You check in and there’s a person at a desk like a hotel. You can’t park near your campsite but they have carts you can take from your car the the camp to transport stuff. “Quiet” time is at 10pm and there’s lots of campers around you so that kinda sucks. Every campsite has a fire place and they offer wood to buy. Great place especially for couples.

This is our second time visiting Kelly's dome. It has been moved from its original location and the view is even prettier than it was before. Kelly is such an incredible host and was really kind to our family. We love the little hike on the property, playing cornhole and feeding the chickens and goats. It was so helpful to have a barbecue available for cooking dinner and firewood provided for our evening fire. Kelly also made us an incredible fresh egg breakfast! This is my favorite spot on high camp!

As always, Jake and Molly are the perfect hosts and their campsite is immaculate. Tucked so close to I-5 with an easy route to the meadow, this will be my third visit and this time I brought my whole family! We rented out all five spots for the weekend and had such a fabulous time! My sister and brother-in-law loved the deck site with the power and water, my nephew and his wife took the stargazer tent, and we all rallied around in the middle of sites one through three. If I could stay here more than once a year, I definitely would! This place is just the best.

Weekend Trip to River View Dome - Goode Time Ranch
Second stay here. This time solo to celebrate new beginnings. Arrived during a rain/thunderstorm which was incredibly cool and lovely sounding on the roof. Had a relaxing reiki session with Kelly the host a little after arrival in the dome. Dinner to go from La Casa Tapatia with the wood pellet stove, sunset view and then dessert and some good movies. This morning woke up to another fresh egg gluten free breakfast from the chickens on the farm hand delivered by the host. Then took a dip in the hot tub and finished up in the infrared sauna before heading home. Overall a great stay again. Will continue coming back. Love the electrical added and new layout (fridge, hot tub and sauna closer to the dome.) Always unique and well worth the trip!
