True glamping experience! The Village has your choice of a private cabin with RV pad that include electric and water. Cabins have 1/2 baths and group firepit. Site is located right at base-camp for Mt Rainier. Private access to the Nisqually River and 10 minutes to the entrance of the National Forrest. Everything you could want for camping, a romantic getaway, or climbing/hiking Mt Rainier. Check in time is 5:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am

Thunderbird Cabin (Cabin #2)
After two days of tent camping we were very thankful for running water, hot showers, and a comfy bed! We spent most of our time in the park, and coming back to this quite and cozy cabin was a perfect way to end the day!

Perfect location to get into the park through the Paradise entrance. The cabin is clean, Janet is great, and the bed is so comfy!

Thunderbird Cabin (Cabin #2)
We enjoyed our stay at thunderbird cabin! Janet and her family were amazing hosts. They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and they definitely know how to make you feel welcomed. The river was such a short walk and very enjoyable, they have done an amazing job and I’m sure it’s only gonna get better. The Hot tub was a Major plus and the bed was super comfortable! Definitely worth taking a mid day nap. Overall a great trip and worth the drive, definitely coming back!

Perfect location…sweet cabin with everything you need, VERY comfortable bed, luxurious hot tub after a day of hiking, and awesome fire pit! Hosts were very helpful and a phone call or text away. Stay again? Love to!
