We throughly enjoyed our peaceful camping trip. Robert's land is perfect for our needs. Our dogs were so relaxed and so were we. We will have a really hard time enjoying a regular style campground ever again. We will be back!! Communication was great and responsive. We managed to fit a triple axel 34ft camper in with minimal leveling. We enjoyed some breweries nearby and shopping in mineral. The fireworks were a special treat and even my hotspot worked for Netflix. Thank you for sharing your land.

Enjoyable stay with river on one side and open field on the other. Mostly dry, level parking. Private. no road noise. a rope was there to help in getting up/down the steep, muddy bank at site 2. (while site 1 appeared to have a sandy/stony bank for gentler water access and probably better for kids/dogs imo). deer, wild turkey, groundhogs, and other nature all around the site. New picnic table and fire pit with great wood pile. Had a little mechanical issue getting out. host and their on-site support were very helpful in getting us back on the road. Appreciated the kindness.

My wife and I had an amazing time camping at this Hipcamp this past weekend with our dog! Lynda was so kind, and the property was gorgeous and enormous. We took a pop up camper and set up down the property by the river. It was completely private, and is a bird watchers paradise!1 0/10 would recommend! 4WD required, as well. We are looking forward to coming back in the fall!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our family has already decided—we're definitely coming back. The river was beautiful, and the two campsites were close enough for convenience but still offered plenty of privacy. Easy access down to the river and everything was exceptionally clean. The owners were wonderful—friendly and communicative throughout our stay. The tent areas were level and shaded, which made for a comfortable setup. We even spotted a rat snake, which the kids thought was super cool! Everyone had a great time, including our dog on his first camping adventure. Highly recommend!

The perfect find for a relaxing weekend. We had the place to ourselves which meant we could give the dogs a little more leeway off leash than a public campground allows. They loved it. We enjoyed the comfort of the tent - especially during a thunderstorm- and loved watching the catfish swim in the pond. There’s a lot of heart in this space, and it shows.

This was a Perfect camping site. The kids had a blast swimming all day in the water. We caught 5 fish- 2 blue gill, 2 chubs and 1 i dont know. The site was clean and half shaded and had Perfect over look down to the river. The fire pit was perfect. Picnic table was sturdy and well made. There was a generous pile of wood that came in handy. It was absolutely perfect, beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend it. We will be back in the fall. Thanks Graham for sharing this beautiful land with us. We built family memories that will last a lifetime.

Weekend Trip to CASA VARGAS

This was our second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The location is beautiful and peaceful, set on a quiet farm with a very large pond that’s perfect for kayaking. We caught bass and sunnies, which was a lot of fun. The campsite is very spacious with plenty of room for our camper and two tents. The host is incredibly friendly and offers great communication, making everything easy and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Beautiful and very private spot! I set up camp down by the river, and my pup and I both enjoyed wading in to cool off during a very hot weekend. Tons of space to spread out, and a nice balance between wide open meadow (perfect for my dog to run around), wooded creek bed with nice shade, and tons of perfectly spaced trees to set up a hammock. I didn't want to risk my non-4WD rental car on the road down to the camping spot after a very rainy week, but it was a very manageable 5-10 minute walk down with my gear from the top of trail. Well water was refreshingly cold on the 90-degree weekend we were there. And Lynda was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful. Would visit again!

Campsite 3 was great wood was onsite with a splitting stump, big fire pit there was a nice big table as well. The site was mostly shaded through the day where we put up our popup. (The area was not the most even but for anyone experienced leveling a camper it was a sinch) . The site does have river access, the hike down only took a minute and a half but towards the bottom it gets very steep into the water would not recommend for small children or people that are not halfway athletic. Once down there’s a nice place to cool off if you go up the river about 100 feet there’s a sand bar that’s where the wife and I set up and played with our dog for hrs. Host came and checked up on us making sure we had firewood overall great experience! Lots to do in this area since we have explored Shenandoah pretty well in years past we decided to check out Culpepper it’s a real cool small town we antiqued in the morning then went to old house vineyard great vibes (get there when they open gets busy fast great food and drink) we returned to camp and hung out in the river after we went down to davis street in culpepper and explored we ate at Pinto Thai it was the best Thai food both of us have ever had I could not believe the food options in town went back to camp for smores it was a great relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Baltimore.

The confluence of these two rivers creates a serene and enchanting atmosphere that you can explore and enjoy. In the state of Virginia, a fishing license is required on all rivers. We recommend walking up stream or down stream if you plan to fish, as the water is often only 2-3' deep near the camp sites. Abundance of Wildlife: Nature enthusiasts will be delighted to discover the diverse and abundant wildlife that calls Two Rivers home. Birdwatching, nature photography, and simply observing the local fauna are all favorite pastimes here. Please note that hunting is not allowed on the property by guests, ensuring a safe and protected environment for the animals that grace us with their presence. **Kayak season is in the spring - the water depth average should at least be 2.75’ before attempting a trip. Otherwise you will drag. During summer droughts, the river will be shallow near the camp sites.
