It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We are 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Oregon coast. There are 2 organic farm stands within 5 minutes of us where you can get fresh produce, berries, homemade baked goods and homemade breads and soap, jams, pickles etc… you are welcome to eggs from our free range organic fed chickens. Our neighbors have chickens, horses and dogs so you may hear a dog barking and other animal sounds… we live in a house down the driveway and are available for any concerns.

It was really nice and one of our favorite spots so far to stay on Hipcamp. We really enjoyed our stay. The town and area are very pleasant too! Don't hesitate to try it out!

we stayed here on our way up and back to Bremerton, so this review is supplemental to my earlier one. As before, this is a great place to stay with all the hook ups and a nice view out over the hillside. Jered is a really easy-going host and again went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I'm sure we'll stop back by on our next trip as this site is easy to get to being just a few short miles off of I-5. It's peaceful and quiet at night and well worth the quick jaunt off the freeway to get a good nights sleep.

We stayed 2 nights in late Nov while in the area for a U of O game and it was nice (although quite cold). Go Ducks!! This was a great camping spot that was very private and quiet. We got to Eugene in under 15 minutes. We will likely be back but in warmer weather next time. Thanks for a smooth experience.

The Hosts are always kind and considerate, going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The place looks great as they continue to make improvements all around. All amenities for RV hook ups are available and it's a beautiful hillside overlook from the pad.. Easy to get to from I-5 but feels like you're out in the country and very peaceful. We will be back.

We have REALLY enjoyed our stay at beautiful Grace Acres. We’re still here, we have decided to extend our stay. Paula and Ed are super friendly and kind hosts. Ed went above and beyond to help us out with an electric cord to use so we could have electricity. The rv spot is flat and on gravel, so no muddy paws on our Pooch. Plus the resident farm dogs, Maverick and Lucy are just wonderful and so gentle. The rolling green views are magnificent and the stars at night, look close enough to touch. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your fabulous property!

Absolutely gorgeous property, a private site with a beautiful view. Very close to Old town Cemetery, with a historic downtown less than 10 minutes drive. In Brownsville, OR. Stayed for 3 weeks for a job in Lebanon, OR so it was close enough for a comfortable drive to and from, out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. Livestock in close surrounding areas, lots of deer! And wild turkeys.. also witnessed a lady bug swarm for the first time in life and it was such a great experience! Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, also gave advice on what to check out for holiday festivities while staying. Fire pit included! ☺️🦃🌳🦌🐄🐃🐓🪦They also have all hook ups available for your RV as well as recycling and garbage can for trash etc. Would absolutely stay again. Its giving Sleepy Hollow vibes ❤️

We stayed with our travel trailer. All hookups worked just fine (water, sewer, electric). It was a busy road right across the fence during the day time but a very quiet area at night. The hosts gave us space but we’re very helpful and responsive via the app with any questions or needs. We had to leave a day early and the host refunded a night stay without even being requested!
