Choose your preferred dates. 3. Pack up your RV for a relaxing getaway from the city! More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. This is the Riverside Meadow. Lots of room for groups here. It's about the size of a football field. If your group has Riverside RV and wants to add tents, you'll be in this area.

Great little campground for campers! We brought our travel trailer out for a weekend trip so we could be near Hood River And this campground was great for us. Nicely wooded, small little spots that fit our camper and had space for a table and fire ring. There was a playground near the office that my 3yo enjoyed. Plus the beautiful drive to get there along the gorge. Definitely recommended!

Kim is great! Welcomed us and helped get us settled in a perfect spot. Water is easily accessed to fill up a camper, and there are bathrooms on site. Wifi is strong and consistent. The Hipcamp site is beautiful, quiet, and away from it all but not too far from McMinnville where you can see a movie, or grab a meal or walk about a cute downtown. And the stargazing is amazing!

Melanie has such an amazing property right along a stretch of the Molalla River. We wanted a quick get away to have a quiet night and enjoy the river and that is what we got. Melanie was sweet and accommodating. My teens fell in love with her dogs. Gus visited us during our evening campfire when he was out on patrol and was such a love. The river is just beautiful. We sat out and read our books and had coffee by it in the morning. There is a great little swimming hole for hot days. We will be back.

Melanie's place is great for larger groups! We had 12 people there and it felt spacious. The swimming hole is really special to find in a river like the Molalla - it's about 6'-6.5' at it's deepest and actually big enough for swimming. Melanie was really responsive to our needs while also giving us plenty of space.

We really loved our stay right next to the river! Melanie has gone out of her was to create a special space for hip campers. The outhouse has a real toilet. There is water, an electrical outlet, and Internet connection. Two adorable dog greeters and we got fresh eggs! We hiked up nearby Table Rock to get a panoramic view and came back and jumped in the river. Then we snoozer in the riverside lounge chairs. Thank you again!
