On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground. If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site. The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill. Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake is a residential summer camp operated by the Presbytery of Geneva in partnership with the Presbytery of Genesee Valley. The camp has been in operation since 1954. What an amazing hipcamp experience!! My partner and I, along with our two dogs absolutely loved staying in the cabin. Brian was an incredible host, so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I have never seen a space so well thought out, it had everything we needed and a perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day of driving. Would love to stay again next time we’re in the area.

Had a most wonderful cozy winter stay at the tiny house. Such a beautiful location (overlooking the Putney river), with nice views and quiet surroundings. The cabin itself was well equipped with everything we needed, and a quality propane stove that kept us warm through a 0° night! Robbin was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had leading up to and throughout the stay. So grateful to have discovered this little gem and looking forward to visiting again in the spring or summer. Thanks!

Weekend Trip to Majestic Farm & Organic Orchard

everything you’ll ever need for a cozy stay outdoors. we chose this spot because of the tiny shelter it afforded during what was going to be below freezing temps. The kitchen space and bed set up was much appreciated and allowed us to focus enjoying the stay itself. The owners were super helpful getting us setup and providing a welcoming space. Bring layers and everything you need to keep warm in the winters - we even caught a light snow storm on our morning of departure! would come back again.

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

My partner and I loved this cute cabin , right next to Lake Erie! It’s a great size, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for the start of our cross country trip back home , including a buddy heater for the cold night. Thank you so much for the extra blankets too! We were perfectly snug. We wish we could have spent another night. We got gluten free pizza at Villaggio Italiano, which is right down the road — it was delicious! Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

Weekend Trip to Palsgraf estates

Perfect for a weekend escape from the city. The cabin was spacious and spotless, and the restroom was well-maintained. No service, water, or electricity, but firewood was ready for us, and the nights under the stars were amazing. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and check-in/check-out were very flexible and smooth. It felt a little pricey for a basic setup, but we still really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to disconnect and recharge in nature.

Weekend Trip to The Awakening Garden

My partner and I were able to spend a really lovely weekend at the Twin Oaks cabin on Peter's campgrounds. We spent most of our time riding around on motorcycle and got in after dark on both nights. The view of the stars just overhead of the cabin was gorgeous. It felt gratifying to build the fire in the woodstove each night, which heat up the little cabin in no time. We got to see more of the thoughtful details in the cabin and even in the outhouse and outdoor shower as we were packing up on our last morning there. We'll be back in the area this time next year and would love to make it a new tradition to come back to theTwin Oaks cabin! Thank you for offering this space!

Kimberly’s farm is nothing short of amazing! The alpacas were adorable. Walking up to greetings from her adorable dogs was the best feeling ever. The cabin was perfect for what we needed with so much land for our own dog to explore. I beautiful sunset views. The firepit and chairs were also a wonderful addition.
