About the Property: Our unique property boasts quiet camping on a beautifully manicured MotoTrials Riding and Obstacle Play Course. 2025 marks our first year offering camping to the public, and we look forward to HipCampers joining us in our unique venue. All 4 camping sites are nestled into the Obstacle course. Trials riders and non-Trials Riders alike will find much to enjoy here. Campers unfamiliar with Trial are welcome to take advantage of a Lesson on one of our Rental Bikes, while the Obstacle Course is also super-fun on foot (for walks or runs), mountain bike, trials bicycle, or for playing with your RC toy! We have night lighting to turn on at your request, even if just to sit in the evening and enjoy the lights reflecting off the pond-We surely do! We are located on NY 38 but our traffic is not obnoxious (Log and Milk Trucks, Farm Tractors and Commuters). It is very peaceful here. Your camping can be as private, quiet and leisurely as you wish. The views and big sky are gorgeous in our corner of farm country. Our small pond (tho not suitable for fishing or swimming) provides entertainment w/ turtle sunbathing raft and lots of nature's visitors. Pets always welcome off-leash with your guidance. About the Trials Riding: Sundays are a practice day or Event day. We host 4 Mototrial Events each season (see below) and if spectating appeals, you can plan your trip to coincide. You're in for a treat if you've never seen these nimble motorcycles do their 'thing'... up, over, and around the obstacles. Events are busy and exciting, but no worries (!) trials bikes are not loud. Riders are friendly and considerate. If spectating not your thing- no worries. Non-event/non-practice days are quite laidback. If Trials riders come here for additional practice (or instruction) it's not loud or invasive, nor interferes with any camper training or play on the course. When riders are here (barring Events or Sunday Practice ), it's typically only 2-4 at once. Multiple activities co-exist nicely, as there is plenty of room for all. My husband purchased this land to build his house on before we got together. After he purchased the land, he spent the next year building the perfect house on top of the hill at the end of our long driveway. We have a beautiful view from our front porch. My favorite place to have coffee! Frequent visitors to the property include turkey, deer, and even bear once in a while that visit. We have discovered from my Grandmother that this same property happens to be the same property that my Great, Great Grandparents used to farm and cut firewood on. Turkey and deer that hang out in the lawn to the peepers and yes even the coyotes at night! We also have a handful of Eagles that can be seen pretty often too! We offer wooded and open area hiking trails around the property. A fire ring and picnic table or table are provided at your site and a porta-potty available for our campers to use. The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day. Return to the hill for a quiet campfire in the evening. Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon!   Sites #1, #2 & #3 can easily accommodate any type of camper (tent, trailer, van, RV, motor home, etc.)  These sites could be booked for more than just 2 campers. Please contact me if you have a larger group.  Site #4 offers the best view! However it is close to our house so if you want more privacy we recommend staying at one of the other sites.  But their is plenty of room here for a larger group.  Site #5 is secluded by itself on the far side of the field on the right hand side of our driveway. The best way to get to it is to take the road to the end of the field. You will find an vehicle accessible path next to the tree line.    Site #6 is the first spot you will find off the driveway it is before the play area and tucked in the trees #6 offers more shade but would be better for a tent. New this year! Windy Ridge Cabin. The cabin can sleep up to 6. Spacious and clean. The cabin sits on the edge of the woods and overlooks the valley to the left.

Valley View is a convenient spot that's close to much of what the finger lakes has to offer. Chris was a responsive and friendly communicator. As stated in the description, it is rolling pasture, so finding a level spot with our 24' RV was tricky, but possible. Our friends in their vintage Westfalia van had a little trouble getting up the first hill. It was dark and a little frozen, but they DID get up. Get there before dark if you've never been. The interior roads are windy and very rolling. The spots give some privacy with the distance, but you can still see each other. If in a tent, you can pitch in a more secluded spot. V-View is perfect for those who want the feel of camping out with a big sky, yet close enough to civilization. Viewing the valley town and spotting the Montour Falls off in the distance is a treat. Bring your binoculars! We didn't get the best sunsets during our stay, but I imagine they can be spectacular from these sites. It's very rustic as described. We saw deer and there is proof of them all around the property, so don't be surprised. ;) Since our trip was in November, we were disappointed that the Gorge trail was closed, but we did the Rim Trail and it was still beautiful. Visiting and exploring the local towns was easy with lots of art and craft galleries, brew pubs and college town vibes. All in all, a good stay at a great price. Thanks, Chris!

This is your on stop spot for motorcycle Trials. Mike and Laurel have made a welcoming spot on the hillside for RV's. Easy access to parking from the road. They provided us with a nice welcome packet. That had plenty of information about the area. Places to eat or see. Most people who camp here will be coming for riding. Mike offers lessons as well. But it would a nice spot for anyone looking for a getaway. Don't be put off by the riding. This is not a motocross track. You might be amazed at seeing riders tackling the obstacles and trials bikes are quiet. You might even want to try it yourself? Looking forward to a summer stay. Thanks.

6 nights at The Landing on Seneca Lake

A perfectly pleasant stay! Kate was very responsive and even gave us a suggestion of a good place to eat. Tabora’s was yummy! We chose the spot on the property closest to the lake so we could have the view. It was level, super quiet and peaceful. We even had two whitetail deer run past our rig one afternoon. At night we could hear cars at the Watkins Glen racetrack in the distance, which was super cool. Only about 10 minutes from the town of Watkins Glen, it was super convenient. During part of our stay, the local police department used the property to train its K-9 division, which was intriguing to watch. (It would have been nice to have been notified that this was a training rather than a man hunt, though. We were a bit nervous until we figured it out.) :) Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend!

Site adjoins large gravel area. Most critical: Do NOT drive in roped off areas! (septic system and soft areas there). You are welcome to walk thru the woods and down to the stream with small waterfall.

The campground only has about a dozen or so spots. It was a pleasant space. It was a good place to stay 20 minutes to Ithaca. Shower could be larger (clean enough). Good price we were left alone and we left satisfied.

We had a great stay at this campsite (3)! It’s a beautiful spot—surrounded by nature and with that classic “real camping” feel, which we really appreciated. All the utilities (water, electricity & sewage.) worked perfectly, which made the experience even more enjoyable and hassle-free. It was peaceful, well-kept, and just what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors!

We are closed for the season From October 2025 to April 2026. See you in the Spring!! Thanks for checking us out! We purchased our 20.5 Acres of land in the 1970's. We lived in a small dwelling and lived off the land for years; with a large garden and small farm animals. Now, our property has become our retirement sanctuary, for us to use with our RV. We developed 2 RV sites with full hookups, including 30, 50 Amp and 110 electric. There is water and sewage hookups, at both sites. We would like to share this sanctuary with others, who would appreciate it. You can book 1 site or add the second site at the extras section, in check out. We are only renting to one party at a time. You will have the campsites to yourselves. Our property is one mile from Cowanesque Lake, where there is fishing, boating, and swimming. You will enjoy wildlife, on our property and in the surrounding area such as deer, bald eagles, various birds, hoot owls at night, and others. It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro. There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. We have been able to see the Milky Way, at times. There is only one other home visible from the campsites. Enjoy!

Laughing Goat Fiber Farm is a working farm, raising exotic fiber animals such as Angora and Cashmere goats, alpacas. A small retail shop in our renovated Carriage House showcases the knitting looms that we make items on, as well as knitting machines from 100 years ago. Learn more about this land: Explore nine private acres of trailed woods and meadow in the heart of Ellis Hollow, just outside of Ithaca, NY. Our property adjoins the public lands of the Ellis Hollow Community Center and is across the street from the popular hiking trails of the Ellis Hollow Nature Preserve. The sight has a campfire ring, free firewood and a table with 4 chairs. The owners will not disturb you at your camping site but may use the south end of the lot near the pond. We are a dog-friendly location. Off-leash is okay, as long as your dog responds reliably to recall commands and is friendly with children and small dogs. The owners have two small dogs who are occasionally off-leash. Looking to explore off-site? Ithaca: Cascadilla Meadow is located just 5 minutes from Cornell University and 10 minutes from all downtown Ithaca has to offer. Ithaca is well known for its many incredible restaurants, Farmers Market, local stores and art, theatre, wineries and breweries and of course, live music. Finger Lakes: In just 10-20 minutes from this location, you will find an abundance of waterfalls including Ithaca Falls, Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls. Cayuga Lake is great for Sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Lake swimming is available at Myers Park in Lansing or Taughannock State Park outside of Trumansburg. Jump off a diving board into the pool at the bottom of Lower Treman Falls or hike upper Treman to Lucifer Falls, possibly the most beautiful short hike you’ll ever find. The area has hundreds of incredible hiking trails to choose from. Plus, Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes Wine Trail are just a bit farther west! Biking: The roads of the Ellis Hollow area are popular with cyclists, while nearby Yellow Barn Forest, Hammond Hill and Shindagin Hollow are popular spots for mountain biking.  Full disclosure: Cascadilla Meadow’s RV parking is close to a moderately used local road. Tall power lines cut across this lot. We are also located the equivalent of a city block from a natural gas transfer station. We feel the benefits of solitary parking and the natural beauty of this area outweigh the small downsides of this location.

Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), and Geneseo State College.

It includes a small pond providing activities such as net fishing, swimming, and paddle boating(shared) as well as a larger pond for kayaking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Apart from the pond, other activities include the wooded walking trails (That includes fairy houses and hidden ceramic animals), an old fashioned playground with a merry-go-round and swings. Little Spring Haven

2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Taughannock Falls is a must see with its 215 foot plunge waterfalls. Each of our RV sites has a 16ft x 45ft stone pad and full electric hook ups with a 110v 20 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp service. A picnic table and campfire ring are on each site, but there are no water or sewage hook ups available. There is no bathroom on site, you must bring your own.
