This site is on a separate driveway from the main home on the property. The village of Skaneateles is only ten minutes away. Complimentary WI-FI included.

Fine for what we needed, but much less space than pictures show. It’s in the owner’s backyard, very close to the house. Driveway poorly marked. Electrical outlet difficult to get to through plants.

The place is very quiet. The 30 amp spot is on the small side. My trailer is only 22 ft and it was tight. It is as advertised though and suited my needs. The WiFi was excellent. I would stay here again.

I tent-camped at David’s for a night, so while I can’t speak to the particulars that most RVers might appreciate, I was grateful for a flat, quiet spot that was easy to find and not too far off the Empire State Trail.

Private area , I was next to some trees and could hear nighttime wildlife which I enjoyed. Electric was fine, and David is excellent with communication. Water available near the house , I did fill my freshwater tanks and used that for the week.

A nice quiet spot

Communication was good. David was very flexible with arrival timing. We had electric and Wi-Fi. Spot was level and easy to access. Private and quiet. No hiccups and we would stay again.
