We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.
this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired. we have added a large porta potty.

Thanks for checking us out! We purchased our 20.5 Acres of land in the 1970's. We lived in a small dwelling and lived off the land for years; with a large garden and small farm animals.
Now, our property has become our retirement sanctuary, for us to use with our RV. We developed 2 RV sites with full hookups, including 30, 50 Amp and 110 electric. There is water and sewage hookups, at both sites. We would like to share this sanctuary with others, who would appreciate it. You can book 1 site or add the second site at the extras section, in check out. We are only renting to one party at a time. You will have the campsites to yourselves.
Our property is one mile from Cowanesque Lake, where there is fishing, boating, and swimming. You will enjoy wildlife, on our property and in the surrounding area such as deer, bald eagles, various birds, hoot owls at night, and others. It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro.
There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. We have been able to see the Milky Way, at times. There is only one other home visible from the campsites. Enjoy!

This was our fourth time at the site. We keep coming back for so many reasons - the privacy, the tranquility, the well manicured site, the large space, the proximity to everything, the awesome fire pit….. .

This was a really cool spot to crash for the night. Having an electrical plug was a bonus. Even had a light to help set up in the dark. My only regret is that we weren’t able to get there a little earlier to enjoy the fire pit. Lonnie is a great host.

Great place to pull a camper into, nestled behind property backed up by high brush and trees. A little tricky finding the right driveway to pull into because cone had fallen into ditch. Having electricity on site was a bonus. Short drive to CMAC and town. Would definitely stay again

Wendy and Dennis have a great site in Lawrenceville. We had our pick of two different spots and had the whole place to ourselves. It is located on a quiet road close to Cowanesque Lake and some very nice hiking trails. The sites were level and well-maintained. They were kind enough to provide a charcoal grill and firewood for the fire pit. The hook-ups were fantastic, with options for 20, 30, and 50 amp. This is a great place to set up base if you plan on visiting the area or are looking for a place to stay if you pass through on a longer trip. We would highly recommend it. The stargazing is also incredible!

Beautiful private campsite with full hook ups. Camp host communicated very well and checked to confirm we got there and set up okay. We loved the area and enjoyed the vineyards, farms, and hiking in the area. We even did a hot air balloon ride in Ithaca. Very cool experience. We enjoyed the private and peaceful evenings at the campsite and by the fire.

This is a really nice spot for a camper or two!
The location has great hookups, sits back far enough from the road, and there were no problems with bugs or anything while we were there.
There are lakes and rivers to access with boats and kayaks. For some quick hiking, I’d recommend the Stephenhouse Trail. Go on the Tioga river 🛶 and then stop at Jones Cones 🍦. Just a really great spot for a care free easy going stay ☀️
