We currently have about 60 acres that we actively farm, with our home, barn and trails on the remaining 65 acres. We have several walking trails, a gathering place in the pines, and blind sodus bay creek running along the southern edge. There is also a small pond and stone fences throughout. Located 1.5 miles from the quaint village of Fair Haven and Fair Haven Beach State Park. Sterling Nature Center, Sterling Renaissance Festival and Chimney Bluffs State Park are short drives away. There are many close attractions like Skaneateles Lake and Carpenters Falls. The Cabine doesn’t have electricity or water but we do have a generator. We do not have a shower or bathroom But we have a outhouse. We have fire woods available but we do ask people to bring their own gas if you want to run the generator.
